„Key collection was very straight forward, house and room very clean and comfortable. Cake on arrival a nice touch. Prosecco and chocolates for valentines and extra special thought! Unfortunately breakfast times very short and early for the weekends so didn’t have breakfast on the Saturday (parkrun timings didn’t allow and didn’t work out how to arrange early breakfast until it was too late). Shower in the cupboard was quite strange but once we had worked out how to get in and out it was ...

„Friendly staff, nothing was to much trouble they were very accommodating, lovely well kept hotel with plenty of character. We had the beef tenderloin in the restaurant and it was sublime, lots of nice lounging areas and a beautiful little courtyard area as well. We enjoyed the complimentary private use of the spa and opted to have back massages which was so relaxing. Overall experience was 10/10 “

„Good stay in a nice quiet bungalow suitable for the family. Communications after booking were good. It would be better if Hotels.com highlighted the hidden fees, if they knew of them. Early check-in/late checkout charges are common place. But fees for towels, bedding and the use of the hot tub in the garden less so. If you want the basics then use this place as it is good value and you don’t mind taking your own stuff with you. If you want the ‘extras’ it’d likely be cheaper to book elsewhere. “
