„All of the appliances worked well and there were plenty of dishes and silverware. The mattress in the master bedroom was uncomfortable and the blankets were insufficient. It would be great to have a chair in each of the bedrooms. Unfortunately, we had rainy, cool weather and didn’t get to enjoy the pool and grounds. “

„Last year, we stayed in a boutique hotel downtown. This year, we decided to return to Ft. Worth and stay in a VRBO near Tulips for the Southside Spillover Festival. Smart decision on our part. This location is walking distance to good coffee and the best block of restaurants we've found in Ft. Worth. The owner was also very friendly and responsive.“

„The property is accurately represented in the photos. Pat was responsive before and during our trip. The dining set up is not great for more than six people at once, between limited tight seating and limited numbers of dishes/silverware. My kids all loved the pool table and really wanted the pool to work out but the water and weather were just too chilly!“

„Beautiful property, well maintained. We met there as a business team and had plenty of space to work. Kitchen was well-equipped (best I have seen). Everything was clean and tidy.The only negatives were the two king beds in the master suites. The mattresses were very uncomfortable and the topper made it worse. The contract you are required to sign is extremely tight and wouldn't allow us to have a couple of other business associates over to meet.A great place for a big family gathering.“
