„We were at the property for two nights; 7 college friends celebrating 50 years of friendship. We got really lucky with amazing late summer weather and thoroughly enjoyed the beach and options for picturesque walks. It is a really beautiful area. The house met all of our needs and we had some great laughs sipping wine and relaxing in the large living room and on the porch rockers. The only complaint was we needed more time! „A very well kept and compact little apartment. Well stocked with everything (except they forgot dishwasher soap on this occasion). Two issues: the stairs up to the loft were fine for us, but might be difficult for anyone with walking issues. And the heating system was a bit of a mess. Upstairs roasted, while the downstairs main room was chilly, and the downstairs bedroom became a sauna if you closed the door. But for most people I'm sure this is not a winter time rental!“

„This is a nice summer stay. The beach is just across the road (a busy road). It has everything you need. However, as an off season it is not so great. There’s a very good heat pump so being cold was not the issue, it’s the door. Not sealed well so it rattled with the wind and let in cold air. I sealed it with a newspaper to stop the rattle and cold air. The floor is also somewhat slippery when shoes are wet from rain. I all minor when there during the summer. “

„From start to finish it was exceptional. Scott was a great host, checked in to see if we needed anything. The place was clean and had everything we could ever ask for. It was an amazing stay and we will definitely be back!“

„This place provided the bare minimum. The electric baseboard heaters barely worked; doors did not close properly, unfinished painting of walls and shelving, furniture was ratty, carpet was old and worn, the shower stall was so small and narrow for even a medium sized man. “
