„Wir sind am späten Nachmittag mit dem Auto angereist. Leider war am Servicedesk keine Person erreichbar. An der Tür war eine Telefonnummer zum Anrufen bei Abwesenheit angegeben. Wir haben dort angerufen, aber leider ging nur der AB ans Telefon. Nach mehrmaligem Anrufen ging eine Person ans Telefon und hat uns die Zimmernummer sowie den Türcode mitgeteilt. „What a truly great experience. Having been in Keene Valley in the same house 50 years ago, it was a pleasure to see it being cared for and run and such a beautiful way. Kelly, the manager, couldn’t have been More delightful. Preparing breakfast and always there for questions or advice on where to go out to dinner or tge next mountain to climb.. It was a perfect weekend and I’m looking forward to going back thank you Keene valley lodge.“

„The shoreham inn is more than 100 years old. It has its own old charming. It doesn’t have TV in the room. The inn owner provided us a space heater. We didn’t turn it on because the tool is warm enough for us. We stayed there in February, a week after heavy snow storm. All major roads are surprisingly cleaned. The room itself is on small size. The free breakfast is yummy.“

„Quiet, comfortable bed, very clean. Decorated nicely, very cozy feeling. Nice continental breakfast in bright cheery sunroom. Great hiking nearby. Staff responsive to questions and had good recommendations for dining and hiking. Very responsive via text prior to stay even had hiking trail directions printed out for us prior to our arrival. Overall very enjoyable stay. Everything was perfect!“
