„This Mountain Cottage is absolutely beautiful. Communication was outstanding, the place is spotlessly clean, the kitchen is incredibly well appointed with some seriously high quality tools, the furniture is also high quality and beautiful. The bed last night was incredibly comfortable! This is an absolute 10 out of 10. Also, the views are *stunning* and the little fenced-in yard is adorable. Honestly, I'm absolutely amazed and delighted and we will definitely be back to this place“

„I recommend this home and host. We stayed for a quick getaway to visit a nearby friend. The beds were super comfortable. The home was clean and easy to find even though we arrived after dark. The view from the porch was peaceful and it provided the relaxing environment we were looking for. The lock box code was wrong and she fixed it in less than 5 minutes and we were in the house! I recommend bring extra towels and washcloths if you stay very long just for convenience. “

„We came to town for a baseball tournament out of Dandridge. We were less than 30 minutes from the ball field making it super nice. Our family enjoyed the pool most days before and after our long, hot games! We were able to squeeze in Splash Country one day which was a reasonable commute“

„This cottage was adorable and perfect for an overnight stay! It was spacious and clean! Great shower pressure and comfy bed! Had difficulties finding the cottage at night. Before getting to the large private drive, you will make an immediate left (it will look like you’re driving into someone’s driveway) but the cottage will be on the right! Already planning a trip back and WILL book this again! Brian was quick to respond and extremely easy to communicate with! :)“

„We really enjoyed ourselves. The property manager was very accommodating and was great with communication. She continuously checked in on us to make sure everything was going great.
