A-2 is one of 15 units in the south phase of the iconic Rain Tree Villas. It is a second floor walk up! The views are special and the property is unique in that it is beachfront meaning you walk off the property directly onto the beach and only a couple of steps (literally) to the sand on the beach.

Rain Tree Villas is the perfect place for your families next vacation. The unit is very comfortable and nicely appointed in a beachy motif and has just been totally renovated!. You will find this unit convenient to all of North Myrtle Beach's attractions.

Unit rating Well Maintained, Comfortable & Appealing

(This property does not allow boats, trailers nor motorcycles. You may ONLY have parking permits for up to 2 vehicles. Also pets are not allowed nor is the discharge of fireworks from the property, nor is the use of laser pointers.) UNIT DOES NOT ALLOW SMOKING AND IS DESIGNATED A NON-SMOKING UNIT. This unit has a minimum age requirement of 25 years of age and the booking is to a group of individuals then all persons in a group have to be over the age of 25 years. This does not apply to mother and fathers with children albeit in those cases the parents must be over the age of 25. Rental Agreement is required!

Nice location. Close to restaurants. Nice view from the property. The villa was decorated nicely. However, that’s where it ends. If it was cleaned the person didn’t do much. It was dirty! I swept up a pile of sand. The popcorn & cheese crackers were under the furniture and on top of the bench. The rugs weren’t even vacuumed. Showers need to be cleaned thoroughly. They were disgusting! The washer didn’t work which no one mentioned. The place is in disrepair. The owners need to repair and re paint. The cleaning people need to make sure it stays clean. Based boards included! I brought my own sheets just in case……glad I did!

Love Cherry Grove!
Charming and clean property in a great location and, literally just steps from the beach. Lots of updates and very comfy. Larger than we expected. The only negative we have is that the selection of TV channels was weird - not exactly cable/live TV. I recommend brnging your Firestick or Roku.

This condo was very clean and comfortable. The bed in the master bedroom was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. I would highly recommend staying here. The area was nice, safe and clean. We loved the view of the beach and easy access to the beach from our room. The property managers were very pleasant to work with.

Beautiful condo - very well maintained and cleaned. It is better than photos can show. Great location! We enjoyed the porch with a great oceanfront view. Property Management Team was wonderful. They planned my route home to avoid roadway flooding after Hurricane Idalia. They are Special People!

Perfect spot
The unit was very clean and plenty of room for our family of 4, great view from the balcony, pool was clean, bedding and towels were clean. The mattresses are firm so if you aren't use to that, you may find it uncomfortable, however we slept great. We would definitely book again. I saw some reviews mention how loud the AC was - we never had an issue or even noticed it. I do agree it takes a while for the room to get cool though once you turn it down. The only suggestions: provide 1-2 dishwasher pods for those staying just for a weekend (none in the room or liquid dish soap so we had to make a last minute trip out to get some to do the dishes) and an extra trash bag.

The condo was great. Short minute walk to the beach if that. Everything was accurate as stated in the listing. it could’ve used a little bit of maintenance squeaky doors, a sink that wouldn’t drain and other small items but other than that it was a great place to stay. Very pleased!

Super Location!
We loved our stay at North Myrtle Beach because of Raintree! The size was perfect for our family of 4. All of the appliances were new and worked well. Communication with the property owners was always prompt and informative. The location right on the beach could not have been better! We were just a very short walk to the beach as the listing advertised. All of the shops, attractions and restaurants were a short drive away. We suggest this place for anyone wanting an awesome experience in North Myrtle Beach!

My husband and I loved everything about this property!! The “home” was immaculate and perfectly decorated. The location was secluded from the hustle and bustle of Myrtle Beach, with the ocean in the backyard! Complete tranquility! We hated to leave, but we do miss our kids.

We rented this remodeled condo in an older beachfront property for 2 months. No elevator. Location was nice. Carolina Resorts Rentals was good to work with. But VRBO charged a separate fee that seemed excessive considering that they were not able to answer any of our questions or address our concerns.

Wonderful place. Perfect location.
This is a second story walk up condo with a back porch that looks at the ocean. It’s an end unit right beside the stairs and path to the beach. The only drawback is the internal A/C unit is the nosiest one I have ever been near. You have to talk loudly and keep tv loud. If you are a person that needs absolute quite to sleep pick another place. It didn’t bother us because we all sleep with fans on anyway.

You Can’t beat the location
This property has the perfect location. It was so easy to get to the beach with 3 little ones and even to watch them walk to the beach from the balcony. We felt safe in the area and the place itself was plenty of room for this family of 5. A few loud noises made sleeping less than ideal, but not a deal breaker at all!!! You’ll love this location!!!
