This private beach house was completely remodeled in early 2022!!! It has all new flooring, paint, furniture, décor, appliances and an updated kitchen and bathrooms. This private beach house has a private hot tub & game room and is in the quiet town of Atlantic Beach centered right in the middle of North Myrtle Beach. Exterior of property under video surveillance.

Enjoy all the comforts of home while at the beach. This private, 1 story, beach house has a private hot tub with spacious deck & propane grill, a fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals, full size washer & dryer, cable TV in all bedrooms and the living room, free Netflix, free Wi-FI & free parking.

The master bedroom features 1 king and a private bathroom. The 2nd & 3rd bedrooms each have 1 queen and there is a shared bathroom. Head across the screened in porch to the 4th bedroom which features 1 king and a sleeper sofa.

The garage, which is attached to the 4th bedroom & 3rd bathroom has been converted into a game room which has a pool table, electric dartboard, several arcade machines, cornhole game & fishing poles. House also comes with a cooler, beach chairs and a beach cart so taking everything back and forth is more convenient.

We loved this property! It was super convenient to the beach and to the restaurants. We could open the bedroom door and hear the ocean. I loved the extra add on room for the older kids. It felt like a small vacation for them also!! I would use the property again!

Nice beach access. Was told to be careful at night by several people. possibly rent again. Beds comfortable . Master shower needs a shelf? no where to put soap or shampoo . Close to Golf courses.

Great location!
Great location and great size for a big family! only issues we had were the strong mold smell in the house, the clothes washer spin cycle doesn't get much water out so we had to run it three times and the floors didn't get cleaned well before we arrived. also just for reference, there is no crockpot, for whoever is wondering. overall though, fit our needs and being able to walk down to the beach was what we loved the most.

Fall beach vacation with family
The location and size of this home was ideal. Just steps to the beach. There is two other homes being built right behind this house and construction was noisy at times but no fault of the owners of those managing the property. For the most part it was clean. We swept behind the night stand when we pulled it out to plug in CPAP machine. There was quite of bit of debris and spider webs etc. behind there. When we first walked in there was a musty smell throughout the house. We didn’t notice it much as the week wore in. I think we got used to it. The large dining room table was great for family meals, conversation, card playing and dominoes. Just as a suggestion, I would highly recommend putting hooks in bathrooms for towels and other items. 4th bedroom behind garage needs places to store clothes. There is no closet in there. Overall it was a good week. We didn’t use game room much due to musty smell. Also washing machine did not drain properly. A few things like hooks, closet space, figuring out ventilation system to get rid of smell would be a bonus.

Overall, nice property
We really enjoyed our time and the space was perfect for our group. There were a few minor construction things that haven't been completed, we even found a punch list in the garage. We were happy with the cleanliness of the property and the location was perfect. The cooking utensils were not organized at all, so we had to open every cabinet to find what we needed. There also isn't basics like salt and pepper so plan on bringing stuff from home or making a grocery trip. We'd stay again though, with a little more preparation.

Great location but not up to cleaniless standards
The house had a great location walking distance to the beach and close to a lot of shops and restaurants. However, when entering the home it had a very bad smell like mold. The air filters haven't been changed, the sheets on the pull out couch were dirty and not changed or washed. In the pictures online the garage looks to be very nice and clean with a lot of space to utilize the games in there... not the case, it's so dirty I didn't even want my kids going in there. The air hockey table is so close to the pool table you can't even play. The pool table is falling apart and one of the pac man games doesn't even work.

A Good Budget Option for Families
It was ok. The structure of the home was odd as there were a lot of random add-ons made over time to the property. Nonsensical entry & exit areas that were weird, etc. For the bad? The garage housed an attempt at creating some sort of gaming area that was a big miss. Better just to shut that whole garage down or truly invest in it. The area was so filthy and dirty I wanted to take a shower after being in there for 5 minutes. Some of the games were in bad shape & the washer/dryer I wouldn’t have touched even with gloves on. The decor was kinda from the 90’s and where money on upgrades was actually spent didn’t make sense, I.e., the master bathroom shower with multiple nobs and shower heads versus spending it on a decent washer/dryer, or fixing the stairs to the jetted tub, or addressing the fridge that had green ice cubes? The security cameras were plug & play, so they could just be unplugged right from the outdoor sockets to disarm. There was a stale mold-like oder throughout the house, but that is not uncommon in places so close to a beach. Now for the good? Functionally-wise, it works very well for a family, giving everyone there own spaces and plenty of room. THAT was great! The location was fantastic. Right down the street from the main road provided easy access to get to any and everywhere. Although you couldn’t really see the beach from the house, it was very close w/easy access to it & beach chairs were provided w/the house. Overall, it worked well for a family of 5.

Great quiet place for a vacation. But convenient to everything
The property was nice! Had a musty order when we got there but bought so air fresheners and it was fine. The only complaint is it would have been nice to have some extra towels and blankets. Overall great place. We had 8 people and 1 guests one night. There was plenty of room. Short walk to beach. Convenient to all shops and restaurants.

Nice house would consider staying again
This house is nice, even with a few strange layouts- the master bedroom bed is in the way of the closet and is next to impossible to get into. The bathroom for the room beside the garage is as hot as a sauna with no way to cool. It wasn’t clear that we would have to walk down a block and over to access the actual beach. The cleanliness of the house wasn’t acceptable so I recleaned it myself but they did refund some of my money for that and for the fact that we could not hear the ocean from our deck due to loud construction/music from Immediately next door. Overall, it is a nice house but needs to be clearly advertised as a walk to the beach, the hot bathroom needs air and most of all, a new cleaning service is needed. When I called, a pool tech was sent out to clean the hot tub quickly so I feel sure they would have cleaned also if I had asked, but I preferred to do it once all of our belongings were there- it is just awkward to have someone else clean around them.

From the beginning to the end
The first night at the house was horrible my sister had to sleep in the car because she has a compromise immune system and my mother and I have asthma so we slept in the chair in the foyer it was a horrible smell of mold, sewer and moisture all throughout the property and my sister and I kept trying to find hotels because we couldn't stay there under those conditions and we were unable to find an available hotel after calling management the guy said he live too far away to come to assist us and for me to send him pictures and he would be there in the morning at 9 AM when he didn't show up I called the management company and within less than an hour they showed up to assess and clean the property was refunded me portion of my money and did everything that I could to make our state comfortable but there was lots of mold under the kitchen sink the back room off the porch had a bad old refrigerator smell the Jacuzzi have red cups in it and water came underneath for the garage into the room where they have the video games and there's a club across the street that plays loud music from Friday to Sunday and they were loud all night into girls were about to fight in front of the club the front sliding door doesn't lock we had tons of issues large hole in the fireplace you can see straight outside the location is awesome the management company was amazing they did everything that they could to try to make it comfortable for us they sent cleaners because the property wasn't properly cleaned they brought machines to clean the air but we had to wait till the morning but the next morning they came and tried two address as many issues as they could do it in and they refunded us a portion of our money but there is definitely something going on with this property because all that the management company came to assist us with the smell would not leave that property it came right back after all that they did so get it out of here and in the bedroom off the porch where the Jacuzzi is the wall has a bubble in it and it's sauce in the window seal is buckling the property looks as if it had renovations but the major issue was not a dress like where the mole in the moisture is coming from because it's a lot of it and I know that the property is near water but it should not be like this but kudos to the management company because they are awesome
