The house is convenient for living with small children. There are no steps, no sharp corners, no loose decorative elements, there are plastic dishes.
Do not use the Shower, Dishwasher and Washing machine between 2 and 4 AM the water system is being cleaned. If you break these rules, the water smells bad all day.
