„Great location, and well appointed however there is no thermostat control. It was set to 73 which was 65 in the downstairs apartment. A small space heater was provided and I was able to borrow a larger one. Also, because there is a window a/c unit, the window does not close and lock. (As a single female traveler, this made me a little uneasy). I would stay again- albeit in warmer months!“

Nach 21.00 Uhr wr ein einchecken laut Vermieterin nicht möglich. Ebenfalls hatte ich keine Telefonnummer um mit ihr Kontakt aufzunehmen, was sehr schwierig wurde. Schade, weil uns das Appartement sonst sehr gut gefiel, es war sauber, gute Lage, modern eingerichtet und schön Schade, denn das Appartement war sauber und in guter Lage, ...

„Easy, comfortable stay with a friendly responsive host. It sits close to a busy street, but this takes you straight to Boulder and nearby shopping. And if you walk across, you will find the many wonderful local restaurants, shops, and bookstores - the heart of Lafayette. This is a new, upstairs garage apartment, one room with a separate huge lovely bathroom with a washer and dryer. Everything we needed to visit our kids nearby was there.“

„This place it only a block up from the main street through town. It was so convenient to just walk over there. The place was clean. It was also decorated fun. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was very nice. The shower head need fixed but I reported it to the owner and I believe they will have it fixed. I would have been very excited to give them a 5 out of 5 but our last night there ar 9:30 pm the cleaning people came into the unit upstairs and started making one hell of a racket. ...

„Love the location and property! Great neighborhood (whole food type) grocery stores directly across the street. Very nicely furnished residence. Very comfortable beds! Very easy check in/out process and VERY attentive property management. Single issue: the fan remote controls don’t work or are too confusing, that’s it! Thanks!“

„I'm giving this property 5 stars because the pictures and descriptions were accurate. Having said that i must warn travelers that the host likes to cook with Indian spices that are very strong and aromatic that last all night. They have kids that like to run and you hear every step. Finally beware that you are in a basement apartment and you ONLY have air tv. You will have internet, but NO cable or streaming services.
