„We liked this property! It was a 10-15 minute drive to everywhere we wanted to go. A short walk to an entrance to the path around the lake. Great views of downtown. It was sweet that there were flowers on the table for our anniversary and breakfast foods, fruit, and coffee for us when we arrived. Plenty of towels and toilet paper! I appreciated that Raymond had both recycling and composting.The place was comfortable and well designed. As the listing states, there are stairs to get to the house!“

„The location, neighborhood and the property itself were all perfect for us. Scott was super friendly and responsive even to the point of buying a coffee bean grinder for the kitchen when he found out we had whole beans. The outside areas were really nice to hang out in and the kitchen was well stocked with tools and pots, etc. we couldn’t have been happier. Great trip.“

„Myself and my kids (12 and 6) thoroughly enjoyed this tiny house experience! It was the perfect amount of room for us 3, my son of course enjoyed the TV side of the loft playing his Xbox. We have been thinking about buying a tiny home and this one definitely made us want to do so!! Thank you guys for being great hosts! We appreciate you!!!“

„This was the perfect-sized space with all the amenities needed. It was close enough to the convention center (short 10 minute walk), as well as the east side of the freeway I had not explored that had many more nice restaurants and bars than the busy west wide of sixth street. I was pleased with this an alternative to the expensive hotels closer to the convention center.“

„We were in Austin for Thanksgiving weekend. This guesthouse was perfect for our needs. Check-in was so easy. It was very clean and comfortable. Our host was responsive to our issue with the heat, explaining how to set the heater and even brought over a portable heater just incase. Will definitely consider staying here again the next time we’re in Austin.“

„The room was nice, clean, good location, and the were nice outdoor spaces. But the access via code entry was really annoying. There’s a 6 digit code that you have to enter every time you have to get through any door even the elevator back down to the lobby. It was excessive and super finicky. I even got stuck in the elevator at one point because when my code wasn’t working the door closed and it wouldn’t let me go back up or open the door to get out at lobby level, I didn’t have my phone and it ...
