„Writing this review as im here. Checking in with Beth and Courtney at the front was amazing. Chuck in the Elk room was as well. Our room was spotless, and the bed is super comfy. The room description didn't mention a whirlpool tub. That is a very welcome surprise. Some construction was happening, but was easily forgettable with the service and atmosphere. Only downside was Otto was closed and Concourse menu didn't have what I was looking for.“

„Very clean hotel, warm waterpark air but not humid. Lazy river was warmest water to lounge in. Huge pretzels at pool cafe were a hit. Coffee maker in our loft room did not work as we found out just before checkout for a cup of coffee. Loft room was expensive at $515.00 as opposed to when we stayed in June few years back at $267.00; same type of room. I asked lady hotel clerk at front desk but got no adjustment for it ; instead had to buy a cup of coffee from the lobby coffee stand. Food at bar ...

„Well this is the first time we were not to happy with the new owners. We choose the resort because its a half way point. We enjoy what you offer. The staff was excellent and you put them in a position to let us know no pool, no service with tv.no change for laundry, no restaurant. We were there 5 nights four days. We travel from Wisconsin to Illinois and back. Either stay closed until your properly prepared. If it wasn't for the staff I would have nothing good to say. Staff excellent!!!!“

„Beautiful views! Property was very clean and it was very quiet and peaceful. The view of the lake was spectacular and trees! I love the fireplaces out in the common areas and the fact that each building had a hot tub to itself that was rather large. It was a very peaceful stay“

„We really enjoyed our stay. Very dated, bare-bones lodging but the staff was friendly. Free breakfast included a made-to-order omelette station. The restaurant was lively on Friday and the food was fresh and cocktails nicely made. It was an older, chill crowd overall that was staying there during our visit. “
