„So much nicer than we were expecting! The bed is so incredibly comfortable. I can’t remember the last time I slept that good! Seriously need to get myself one of those mattresses. We got there really late in the night and finding the property and checking in was a piece of cake! Took a lot of stress off of our long journey. I reached out about staying later than checkout time super last minute and they were more than accommodating. Highly recommend staying here! “

„Extremely private, clean, and well maintained space. Great shower! Awesome off street parking! Within 10-15 min from anything you’d want - gym, restaurants, etc. The host had great communication and was very accommodating. This will be my first option when I’m visiting Chico. “

„My daughter and I loved staying at Rebecca’s place. It was sparkling clean and very comfortable. We had everything we needed. The AC was already turned down to a comfortable temperature for our arrival and cold waters were in the refrigerator. Rebecca messaged throughout our stay to check in and see if we needed anything. We loved the beautiful backyard and pool. I would definitely stay her again.“

„My husband and I spent the weekend in this adorable little house and it was perfect. We received very clear instructions and had no issue finding the place or getting checked in. It seemed like a nice, quiet neighborhood and we found all kinds of restaurants and coffee spots in the area. The pillows are a bit flat but we had our own so it wasn’t an issue for us, and the bed was comfortable. We’d definitely stay here again if we come back to the area! “

Our time using the home was too short as we had traveled to Redding for "Celebration of Life" for a family member and most of our weekend was spent away from the property with the family elsewhere.
