„I'll be completely honest, when i walked in to the creepy old maze of a hallway I was uncertain. Pinestead surprises! We stayed in a Kitchenette and none of us wanted to leave! Everything was clean and well maintained. Staff was helpful and kind. Our room was spacious, cozy, and close enough to the beach to hear the waves! „This is a different hotel experience. There is not a front desk or on-site staff but the communication via text is excellent. We had an issue with our heat and it was solved reasonable quickly. The person who fixed it also helped coordinate an extension for our stay. The lake view is amazing and there is a trail in the back of the property for walking or biking. The common areas are also comfortable and clean. “
