„This was our second time at this property. This time we took our two boys. They loved it just as much as we did. The location is perfect for hiking during the day. And the house is perfect for enjoying each others' company in the evenings. The host has always been super helpful. My youngest son didnt want to leave and is making plans to return in the future.“

„Owls Nest is a quiet, cozy cabin on Deep Creek Lake. The owners have thought of everything you could possibly need for a relaxing mountain getaway! They provided us with detailed information about the surrounding area including excellent recommendations for nearby dining, sight seeing, etc. I would highly recommend Owls Nest whether you are a couple seeking a romantic getaway or a family looking for a fun vacation! We had an amazing weekend and look forward to returning! “

„I'll echo what every other great review has shared...this is a perfect little woodsy getaway! We walked in to a super, super clean, fresh smelling place. As a lot of review shared, there were decorations - and we were here for a little spring break stay-cation and enjoyed the April Easter decorations! Just adorable! The place truly has everything you need for a short stay - including tp, paper towels, cooking supplies, towels for the shower and hot tub (bring shampoo and soap for the shower). ...

„After seeing an ad for the Ohiopyle Treehouse on social media, I planned a family trip to PA from WI just so we could stay there! We loved our time at the treehouse! The house was so clean and it’s very obvious that the owners put a lot of thought into every detail of the property. Our kids loved exploring the trails and area around the house. The close proximity to Ohiopyle State Park was perfect. We will definitely plan another trip to the treehouse! “

„The inside of the house was very clean and very tastefully decorated. The view was out of this world! The one thing that we would like to note, is that prior guests left large dog poop on the balcony that was not cleaned up by the staff. In addition, there was a bag of dog poop left in front of the home. Everything else was excellent and we still appreciate it being dog-friendly.“

„The property is amazing. It is the perfect cabin for a small family. The cabin is surrounded by beautiful hiking trails. The inside was immaculate and stocked with everything we needed for the week. They even include a sofa cover if you are bringing your doggy. Perfect location for activities in Canaan, Davis, Thomas, Spruce Knob….Chip and Laurie respond to messages quickly. Our child became very ill the night before check out and Laurie was understanding and compassionate that we could not ...

„Everything was excellent, except there was no closets or place to hang clothes and the front steps which the top step was not even with the porch and the bottom was a little too high from the ground.“

Our only suggestions are first, to have better wayfinding when entering the property, it was confusing to get to the parking area, specially at night and second, to have some hanging lights or something else on the back where the hot tub is, its very dark at night.“

„We stayed at the Hotel Morgan for a weekend visit to Morgantown and we could not have been happier with our stay. The hotel is newly remodeled and it shows, with everything in the hotel and our room in tip-top shape. Maintenance is also perfect, with clean room, spotless bath and tidy common areas. The room was comfortable and the bed … well I don’t remember much about the bed because I fell asleep in no time flat both nights.
