„The Verbo unit is nicely layed out and comfortable. Appliances , furnature and decerating is niceThe view overlooks a small river , nice especially in the summer. The Verbo is a walkout basement of a rambler. The main level is being painted and lets say very unprofessionly being done. Access to the Verbo access is in great need of repair. Acessable for very able people fefinatly not handicap acessable.I hope the owner has the Ability to upgrade the properity as it detracts from a nicely updated ...

„I enjoyed a snowy weekend getaway here. It has a warm and homey atmosphere, especially with the gas fireplace. The decor is folksy and charming. The bed is really soft and comfy. And the host is super friendly!“

„Larry the property manager was great. Top floor condo with elevator made things scenic and convenient. Bedrooms and bathrooms were great sizes. Water pressure in showers was an issue first morning but not the second. Didn’t use the kitchen but there’s a nice island with sink, huge fridge/freezer. Seating area was smaller but worked for us. Nice outside balcony. Would highly recommend.“

„My husband and I stayed at this apartment for our weekend in Grand Forks. The apartment is spotless and extremely well-appointed. It was in a great location, quiet and basically perfect.“

„This apartment was wonderful. Nice and cozy. Felt just like home. Way better than a hotel. Appreciated the full kitchen. Full size fridge and the oven was great as we were able to cook our son a birthday cake and also cooked 2 meals while we were there. One suggestion would be to get some hot pads for cooking when using oven. Also maybe some dish towels for drying dishes. Also maybe a strainer for cooking nd a crock pot. „The place was clean, but the area was not in a great location. I grew up in and near GF. The apartment was clean, but it Also needs more TLC. Especially the bathroom! My kids would not shower in it. They showered at my mom's townhouse. The house was very noisy as well. My daughter woke me one night stating she was woken up by a scream from outside. The apartment worked for us, but I cannot give a good review. We will not be staying there again.“

„Pictures and immediate reaction is “nicely decorated”. Didn’t take long to see how dirty, inconvenient, poorly equipped, poorly maintained and disappointing it was. I Clorox cleaned literally EVERYTHING we used before using it. Being late in the day, we stayed (clean, comfortable beds are the primary reason for the 1 star given). Instead of 3 nights we booked, we left the next morning after only one night. It was just not worth staying. I conveyed all of this to the owner the morning we left. ...

„We didn’t hear from the owner on the rental day and were traveling from 2 states away already. I finally sent a message wondering why we hadn’t got any check in information…I was then informed that this rental was being rented out long term!! I had to fully pay the VRBO amount 10 months earlier and now it wasn’t available??!! He said he had another unit elsewhere and would get that ready for us! I was shocked! This wasn’t what we signed up for and our vacation was ruined!! BEWARE BEWARE OF THIS ...
