„This house is truly a dream. Just like the pictures. Beautiful inside and well taken care off. The mattresses are extremely comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped for cooking, the fireplace was amazing, and there was ample space for everyone to spread out. „This property is lovely, house has space to spread out, beds are comfortable, and there’s a nice big kitchen for hosting family meals. The first bit of water is rocky, but past that you get to sandy bottomed swimming area. This is our second stay, and we hope for many more!“

„Stayed here to visit our son in college with extended family -- property is in a solid location with great lake access. The area is a bit distant from Rochester proper (15 minutes or so) but that could be a positive if you are trying to get away. Property owner was super responsive. Only downside to the location was there were no window coverings/shades at all -- so when the sun came up it got bright very quickly and was difficult to sleep. Additionally, there were a lot of bugs -- some screens ...

„Beautiful property , a group of 9 of stayed for an annual girl Christmas shopping weekend, property was awesome. Clean , spacious, close to everything. Host was great at communication. Will stay again next December! We all loved how roomy the house was ! “

„Wonderful clean property. Looks exactly like the photo. It could benefit from motion triggered lighting for the side path to the apartment. Would like to have instructions for Coffee maker. Location is on the cusp of a not so safe neighborhood. 15 min walk to very good restaurants and then a further 15 min walk to the MAG (memorial art museum). Safety is less an issue if you have a car. “

„We were very surprised about the house, how big it is. There were enough places to sleep and it was also a very quiet location, as you would expect from country life. The communication with the landlord received a grade of 1++. The response was very quick and polite. The evening fire at the fireplace on the property (of course only with the landlord's permission) was also a very great and relaxing experience, the marshmellos were delicious. „My nephew plays football for the University of Rochester. Sadly this is his last year and every time we drove from OHIO to watch him play, we always loved staying here. It is the greatest. We may be up once more for graduation and if so, we will see about renting this space again. Absolutely LOVE IT.“

„Just what we needed for our visit to the Rochester NY area for 20 days. Friends and shopping were minutes away and the accomodations were quiet considering the proximity to the rail lines and express way. The beds were outstanding and the HVAC and other mechanical systems worked well. We would definitely stay there again the next time we visit in the area.“
