„Lovely location, very spacious property with amazing spaces. Kitchen spacious and well equipped. Beds comfortable. bathrooms good. Great bonus as it wasn’t exactly “flaming June” was the snooker table, especially for the youngsters , there were many challenging matches! Outside facilities were great but because of the weather not uses apart from table tennis and basketball net. Plenty to see and do only a short drive away.“

„A lovely 3 night Stay in Hay on Wye. The cottage is stunning and so well located for browsing the shops, the sights and the castle and perfect to pop back and forth if needed. Very central but also very peaceful. Communication from Sue was amazing and she was really accommodating and generous throughout our stay. I would book here again in a heartbeat.“

„It was a fascinating property in a beautiful village. We stayed with friends and there was plenty of room for all of us. The main extension was a fantastic living space and the older parts of the house were quirky and fabulous. We visited both of the local pubs and those with pets enjoyed the lovely garden.“

„Much nicer than the photos! Beautifully clean and cozy! Very well equipped, everything and more than you would need, washer with dryer, dishwasher, stove, microwave. „The cottage is ontop of the hillside in a stunning Welsh valley. The photos do not do it justice as when you pull up to it you just think WOW what a stunning place. „House & location description bang on. It is very isolated but Tesco delivered to us so wasn't an issue.We had a big family Christmas of 26/28 & the house worked well. There is good quality bedding & all the cutlery, plates, glasses & cooking equipment needed. There are 2 x dishwashers, washing machines & tumble dryers. „Roy was an exceptional host, he was very informative about how to get to the property as the sat nav was a little bit unreliable.
