„We appreciated this warm, quiet, clean, comfortable apartment. It is not in the Cathedral grounds as advertised. It is on the second floor which is not mentioned in the property details. Half the kitchen lights were not working, there was no bath plug or shower mat and rail. We found dirty crockery in the dishwasher (which we did not use). Hooks in the hallway to hang wet outdoor clothing would have been useful.“

„Ideal location for anyone needing to be near the courts or the cathedral and next to the beautiful Elm Hill area of Norwich. The apartment has everything you could need, including a bathroom and an en suite for the main bedroom. Really well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds and sitting room. There are lots of steps between different levels which was not a problem but could be for those who find stairs tricky. It was a perfect place for my work needs and I really hope to be back. “

Es war allerdings in den Beschreibungen des Hotels nicht erwähnt, dass es an einer viel befahrenen Hauptstraße liegt und die Bilder haben darüber ein wenig hinweggetäuscht. Das Zimmer wurde regelmäßig gereinigt und das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Ausstattung entspricht dem Stand der 60er Jahre in Deutschland, ist aber offensichtlich für Großbritannien nicht ungewähnlich“
