„El lugar está bonito solo que hay detalles que se deben decir para los siguientes viajeros. 1.- no te ofrecen limpieza, ahí tienes que hacer el aseo en tu propia casa y pues si te quita algo de tiempo, 2.- para ir a la alberca no hay orden todos apartan lugar desde las 7am siendo que la alberca la permiten a las 10, 3.- algunos enchufes de la cocina no tenían electricidad y tenías que andar con la licuadora y la cafetera por otros lados para que funcionarán, 4.- colchones viejos e incómodos y ...

„We had a fabulous stay here. The condo was perfect for two couples and a baby. Extremely spacious and clean. The host was very helpful and quick to respond. The Playa Royale facilities are clean and well maintained. We enjoyed using the BBQ areas for a few dinners. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway! “

„We enjoyed our stay in this updated condo. We love Playa Royale and were very pleased to enjoy the updated, floors, furniture, TV, beds, etc. that other condos lack. It was really nice to have housecleaning included and they give you a schedule so you know when to expect them. Very nice job cleaning! Our only complaint would be the slow response of the owner. However, we are already booked for next year and anticipate another good stay.“

„The building and unit are in very good condition and very nicely appointed. Rooftop terrace and pool are very nice. The unit itself was very nice, beds very comfortable. There is a small sewage treatment plant next door but we experienced 0 smell or issues from it. Some good restaurants and bars a block away. We had a rental car so location was nice and central for the areas we wanted to visit. Parking was very good and secure. Clean, modern dependable elevators. “

„We stayed 9 weeks. If you’re looking for perfection, this isn’t it—only because it shows some wear and tear. BUT it’s an absolutely lovely condo and so conveniently located to the beach. There isn’t much of a night life around but if that’s what you’re looking for, Puerto Vallarta is probably where you need to be and not Nuevo.
