About our house:

We welcome you to our spacious apartment with fully air conditioned bedrooms. This apartment is situated on the 1st floor (second story) of a 3 storied apartment building with private access through the stairs. Also includes one parking space inside the property. The exterior of the property is monitored using CCTV (surveillance cameras) for added protection. Easy access and wide paved roads.

- Basics: 2 bedrooms with queen beds and large wardrobes in each room, 2 bathrooms. Sleeps 4 comfortably.

- All the comforts of home: We provide a electric tea kettle, tea, coffee, sugar. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, rice cooker, kettle, toaster, dinnerware and utensils. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are available in the bathroom. There is an in-unit washer/dryer along with an iron, ironing board and drying rack for your convenience.

- You are also provided with fresh bed linen and towels, heated shower, a refrigerator, a microwave, an electric kettle, WiFi and everything you will need for a relaxing stay near the beautiful capital city. There is also a free parking space for 2 cars.

- Kid friendly: Note that while the property is kid friendly it is not necessarily child-proof.

- COVID Cleaning: Our home is professionally cleaned. All doorknobs, light switches, drawer pulls, remote controls, faucet handles etc. are sanitized. Where possible, we allot a 24-hour buffer between guests.

Guest access

Gated property. Private parking space within the property. Please let the host know in advance if you will be bringing a car. Private access to apartment.

Other things to note

Our property is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood. We ask that you respect our neighbors. Parties and large, loud gatherings are prohibited out of respect for our neighbors.

Our property is monitored by CCTV (security surveillance cameras) on the exterior of the property for added protection. Tampering with the security cameras are prohibited and will result in an added fee of $500.

Please note that we will be charging an additional $3 per night for utility fees (water, trash, electricity and gas).
