„We were looking to escape the city and this little cottage was perfect! Great hosts, long walks around the property, collecting eggs on the way back for breakfast... what more could you ask for! Nothing fancy, just right to wind down and relax in the countryside.“

„We had a wonderful stay here and felt very looked after by our hosts who were super friendly and welcoming. The spa bath is just a short drive a way (near the bigger cabin and main house) and was wonderful to swim in while watching the sunset. We loved taking our car up the 4wd track to the gate of Wollemi National Park where we enjoyed a hike up the mountain. The cabin was cosy and comfortable. We loved being in such a remote area with such a beautiful landscape! Looking forward to visiting ...

„Six family members came to stay to be close to Mum and Dad in Kandos. We hosted our Christmas at the property and were very impressed with how well equipped the kitchen was. The house is clean, bright, airy and comfortable. The scenery is just beautiful, especially at sunset. If you really want to get away and relax, this is the place to go.“

„The view is wonderful and quiet. Love the house design and my favourite is the stove night time just enjoy it so much watching the wood burns. But the bedroom blanket I can smell it not very nice. And the blanket inside the wardrobe don’t wanna touch it that smell so bad. I did enjoy the time being very much. I had a great time. “

„We had an incredible stay here with our family. The animals were a particular highlight for our son, who fell in love with Ernie and the baby wombats. Grant and Holly were so lovely and welcoming and told you everything about the animals they rescue and their life. The view from the house is amazing and the kangaroos you see on the property are incredible. We also had the best Mexican meal at the restaurant owned by Grant and Holly. It was one of the nicest Mexican meals we have had. “

„Pros: isolated if that’s what you’re looking for that. Plenty of space in the house for 4 couples, we liked the multiple living areas and lots of couches. Main rooms looked nice. Lots of little things in the house provided like salt, sugar, foil, utensils etc. friendly owners for the most part. Lots of wildlife around which was nice.
