"Unser Aufenthalt im Andaz kann mit einem Wort beschrieben werden: perfekt! Das Personal zuvorkommend, höflich, freundlich und professionell, mit einer persönlichen Note. Man hat sich gleich willkommen gefühlt! Die Anlage ist fantastisch, man fühlt sich mitten in der Natur und doch ist alles weitläufig, aufgeräumt und wunderschön angelegt. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und haben alles, was das Herz begehrt - eine kostenlose alkoholfreie minibar und Snacks versüßen zudem den Alltag. Ein absolutes Highlight ist zudem das Frühstück - a la carte und absolut besonders, mit vielen unfassbar köstlichen Gerichten. "

"Die Zimmern und die Ausstattung sind einwertig zu alt, wurden aber täglich sehr sauber gemacht. Alles top bis auf kleinste Sachen geachtet. Personal sehr Freundlich und sofort hilfsbereit. Strand wunderschön. Sehr Kinderfreundlich. Kinderbetreuung bis 4 Jahren kostet ca. 9 Euro, ist aber absolut empfehlenswert."

"Das Hotel war insgesamt sehr schön. Leider gab es Bauarbeiten, da ein neues Restaurant integriert wird, das im Zentrum der Anlage entsteht. Sie haben es optisch recht gut kaschiert, sodass es nicht wirklich stört, nur die Geräuschkulisse war natürlich nicht immer optimal. Aber Bauarbeiten ohne Geräusche sind eben auch unmöglich. Ansonsten gab es am Strand und im Poolbereich Plastikliegen und Bestuhlung, was ich für dieses Hotel unwürdig finde. Das sollten Sie wirklich ändern. Der Service in den Restaurants war gut, am Pool mäßig. Ansonsten alles super. Reinigungspersonal top, Sauberkeit gut, Anlage wunderschön, Rezeption absolut perfekt. Ich kann es weiterempfehlen."

"It is a beautiful resort a little bit outside of ubud, but they over also a free hourly shuttle to the city of ubud. Breakfast is amazing, big variety of cold & warm foods. Just go, relax and enjoy this excellence place!"

"A great hotel complex with extremely courteous, friendly staff. The room service was also excellent; I would like to mention Yoga at this point. Great and large pool area - if you don't feel like it, you can take the free hourly shuttle to the hotel's own beach area a little further north-east. Very varied and plentiful selection at the breakfast buffet. For the good buffet every evening, we would have loved it if there had been traditional cuisine on more days than just Saturdays. The rooms with connecting doors can be a little noisy - depending on how considerate the neighbors are. If in doubt, ask for one without, but the reception also responded immediately to complaints in this matter."
