Gönnen Sie sich einen privaten Kurzurlaub in einem der schönsten Häuser und an einem der schönsten Orte der Region. Nur 5 Minuten von der Innenstadt von Oakhurst, 10 Minuten vom Bass Lake und 20 Minuten vom Südeingang von Yosemite entfernt.

Dieses schöne, 2000 Quadratmeter große Haus mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 3 Bädern befindet sich vor der Kulisse Ihres eigenen Teils des Flusses Fresno. Genießen Sie die spektakuläre Aussicht und die beruhigenden Geräusche eines 25-Fuß-Wasserfalls von der weitläufigen Terrasse. Entspannen Sie im Schatten der Sonnenschirme direkt am Flussufer oder grillen Sie auf der Feuerstelle im Freien oder auf unserem Propangrill auf der Terrasse.

Eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Fenstern mit Blick auf den Wasserfall bietet allen Komfort von zu Hause: Geschirr, Tassen, Töpfe, Pfannen, eine Kaffeemaschine und eine Presse, einen Topftopf, einen Waffeleisen und vieles mehr!

Das große Familienzimmer mit Gewölbedecken und großen Panoramafenstern eignet sich hervorragend für Familienfeiern, Filmabende oder einfach nur zum Entspannen. Die Ess- und Küchenbereiche bieten Platz für insgesamt 16 Personen. Der Patio-Essbereich bietet 6 Stühle und einen Tisch.

Mit einem Schlafplatz für bis zu 15 Personen und einem großen Parkplatz für Wohnmobile oder ein Boot bietet diese malerische Lage einen unvergesslichen Urlaub für die ganze Familie oder einen ruhigen Kurzurlaub für ein romantisches Wochenende zu zweit. . Wir würden uns freuen, ein Paar in der Nebensaison für nur 250 USD pro Nacht unterzubringen (Feiertage sind ausgeschlossen).

Die Master-Suite im ersten Stock verfügt über ein bequemes Queensize-Bett, eine osmanische Doppelschlafcouch, einen großen begehbaren Kleiderschrank, ein eigenes Bad mit Whirlpool und eine Tür zur Außenterrasse. Der zweite Stock hat zwei Schlafzimmer und geteiltes volles Bad. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat ein Doppelbett und das dritte Schlafzimmer enthält ein Doppelbett und ein Etagenbett. Es gibt zwei Queen-Size-Schlafsofas, ein ausziehbares Doppelbett und eine Campingmatratze im Wohnbereich.

Zu den Annehmlichkeiten zählen Zentralheizung / Klimaanlage, TV und DVD-Player, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler, kostenloses WIFI, Waschmaschine und Trockner, Brettspiele, Bücher, DVDs, Sportspiele und vieles mehr! Perfect Family Spot
This property was amazing inside and out. My 3 and 4 year old loved the playground, waterfall, and toys available at the house. The adults loved the amenities equally as much. Yelena was accommodating and quick to respond. The property was clean and exactly as pictured. It was the perfect spot for us! If we ever come back to this area we'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

A lovely home in a great location...
Our family stayed at the Waterfall House a couple of weeks ago and we couldnt have been happier. The house itself is very charming and well upkept, the playground as well as the backyard waterfall were both such fun for the kids and you can't beat the location, being just minutes outside Oakhurst, Bass Lake and less than 30mins to Yosemite NP, it was everything we could have asked for. The only thing we didn’t fully comprehend from the photos in the listing was how steep and far down the hill to the waterfall was from the house, but, with help from the adults, the kids were still able to go down and enjoy it so overall we were very happy with our stay and the host :)

A group of us women do a vacation race together every year and rent a home so we can stay together. This house was lovely. Walk down to the waterfall and soak your feet in the cold water. The hot tub was great for after a long hike. Location was peaceful and the owner was great with communication. Thank you !

Perfect house for a Yosemite vacation
This house is great. So close to the entrance of the park. (20 min drive) we had planned on going to the park everyday for hikes but the waterfall area in the back yard was so nice and fun for the kids and adults we took two days off just to play around the house. There’s 2 different grocery store that have everything you could ever need 5 mins from the house. Love the house love the host, nothing bad to say at all.

We had a wonderful stay at the Waterfall House. Everything was clean and spacious. Yelena, the owner was personable and answered all my questions. The adults, as well as the children had a fun experience of walking down to the waterfall area and swimming in the pools. Great Family Vacation Spot
Immaculate. That was my first impression. Everything was neat and tidy. The house has everything you need. We had 8 adults and 2 dogs - everyone loved the house, location and the waterfall area. It was great watching kids (ages 17-22) as well as the dogs explore each day. The house is so centrally located we were able to rent a boat on Bass Lake, go to the movies, visit Yosemite or just relax by the waterfall. Yelena was amazing and checked on us via text and was available if I had any questions. We would love to stay again!

Beautiful setting and great host
This was a beautiful home. It accommodated all 13 of us easily. Waking up every morning and having our coffee on the back porch overlooking the waterfall was wonderful. The homeowner was very nice and easy to communicate with, even suggesting things to do in the area if you wanted a break from Yosemite. It is an easy drive to the national parks near by as well as the Fresno airport. Would highly recommend and would stay again! Thank you Yelena for opening up your home to us!

Creek access!
This was a great place with lots of extras!! It had a nice gazebo with plenty of seating and propane fire pit, a really nice play structure that the grandkids loved, a basketball hoop and ball, tether ball, porch all around the house with plenty of sitting areas, then the waterfall creek area to swim, and fish it was the ultimate spot for lots of memory making with umbrella and seats next to the swimming hole!! We loved this place!!! There was 5 adults and 6 kiddos!!

Better than expected
The house was better than we expected. Prior to arriving, the owner gave us clear instructions on how to access the house. The kids were excited to see all the amenities that the house had (games for kids, playground, waterfall). The adults liked that the house was clean and well organized. There was only 9 of us, but for larger parties, there is a second refrigerator. The owner was very responsive when we had questions about our stay. She even gave us recommendations on restaurants and places to visit (which we greatly appreciated). We all enjoyed the stay and look forward to returning next year. Very spacious and comfortable house - plenty of space for our group of 5 adults and a dog. We enjoyed all the outdoor spaces - the gazebo, lawn games, grill, and of course the private waterfall! Convenient location, close to Yosemite's South Gate, Bass Lake, and the grocery stores in Oakhurst.

Wonderful Waterfall House
This property exceeded our expectations and the pictures really do not do this place justice! We were a group of 6 adults and 6 kids (8-11 years old) staying in the house and we had 2 adults and 1 kid staying in their RV in the driveway. Tons of parking out front even with the RV and three SUVs. The house is conveniently located about 1 hr drive to Yosemite, 1.5 hours down the Yosemite Valley, 20 mins to Bass Lake and about 15 mins to Oakhurst. There is a bit of a hill down to the river/waterfall but so worth it. The river was calm while we where there and we spent our late afternoons after hiking in Yosemite or boating at Bass Lake just lounging in the river while the kids swam & played. The house was well organized with tons of plenty of kitchen amenities. We ended up using the griddle/grill out back for nearly all our meals and the two full size fridges in the house was a nice added bonus given the number of families sharing the house. The A/C was a godsend as we were there during a heat wave and each bedroom also has its own mini split as well. Evenings were spent lounging on the back deck star gazing and listening to the river. Ton of outside space to lounge between all the decks and the gazebo. Yelena was amazing to work with and quickly responded to all our questions and phone calls. Though she does reside on the property, you would never know it! Everyone was super happy with the place and all said we would rent again in a heartbeat.

Home away from home
We were getting married that week and it was the perfect location for us as it was close to Oakhurst and a short drive from Yosemite Valley so it was a good balance of city and nature. Our friends stayed with us but it never felt crowded. The waterfall was absolutely gorgeous and fun to sit around and relax. Beautiful home and waterfall!
We had such an amazing time and loved our time here. All the comforts of home were there and it was so beautiful that we only ate out once. The waterfall area is so peaceful and beautiful that I could’ve just stayed there all day, but we also hiked Yosemite and spent a day at Bass Lake, and both are convenient to get to. From the house. Can’t wait to come back again!

Waterfall property
Property is beautiful! The sleeping accommodations not so much. Needs new mattresses and sleeper couches. Owner lives on property and a little overbearing. We were told we used too much water. The grandchildren loved the beautiful waterfall.

Beautiful house and property with a dream waterfall view and access!
We loved our stay here. Upon walking into the beautiful, clean home, we were captivated by the big windows revealing the beautiful waterfall down below. The balcony is huge and shady in the early morning so you can enjoy quiet time while taking in the view. The walk down to and back up from the waterfall is short but can be slippery and steep. The area around the waterfall has a cool lounging area with chaise lounges, chairs and an umbrella for a private and amazing experience. You can venture into the (cold) water to be refreshed and enjoy exploring. (Water shoes recommended!) As described in the listing, there are two private bedrooms with queen beds and one single bed in the "pantry" and then the other sleeping arrangements are either a shared bedroom or the living room area. The proximity to the lake is great - you are at Bass Lake in about 10 minutes. The drive to the Yosemite gate is about 20 minutes (without traffic) but be aware to get to the Valley, it will take another hour or so. (Go early to avoid LONG waits in traffic). Yelena is an amazing, sweet and accommodating host. Overall, this property is amazing and offers a wonderful experience in a great location!

All you could want.
We had the best time & photos do not do this place justice. The home is beautiful & plenty of space for a great family vacation. The kitchen is wonderful equipped. The home is located near plenty of fun if you want to leave the home. We had a great time at the waterfalls behind the home. Bass Lake, Sugar Pine RR and Yosemite Horse Trails are all within a short drive and is also located near restaurants and shopping. I cannot say enough. The owners were also quick to respond to any questions. This is a definite 5 star rating.
