The second-floor main level features a cozy living room with a stunning stone fireplace, seamlessly connected to the dining room and fully-equipped kitchen. Also on this level is a comfortable bedroom, providing easy access for all guests.

Upstairs, you’ll find a private bathroom and bedroom, offering a peaceful escape with its own unique charm.

The lower level is designed for fun and relaxation, boasting two additional bedrooms and an entertainment room with a pool table. Whether you're gathering for a movie night or a friendly game, this space is perfect for making memories.

Step outside to enjoy the beautiful surroundings with an array of outdoor amenities. Fire up the grill and dine al fresco, unwind in the hot tub, or gather around the firepit for s'mores and stargazing.

Reservation Process  (IMPORTANT- PLEASE READ)

1. AT BOOKING:  Electronically Sign the Rental Agreement. This will trigger your door codes and Pre-Arrival Information Email to be automatically sent (see step 2 below).  *Door Codes can not be released without an e-signed agreement.*

2. ONE DAY PRIOR TO ARRIVAL:  Check email (or spam) for your "Pre-Arrival Information" that contains your door lock code and other important info.

3.  CHECK-IN DAY:  Check-in time is after 4 pm.  (Be sure to contact us prior to 4 pm if you have not received the Pre-Arrival email, home address, and/or door entry codes.)

4.  UPON ARRIVAL:   Locate the Home Binder, next to the coffee pot, to find Amenity Access & Info, Wifi Passwords, House Rules, and other important information for your stay.

Important To Know

·         Undisclosed PET FEE will be charged at 3x the advertised pet fee

·         Checkout time is by 10 am.

·         Not allowed:  Smoking/Vaping, Parties, Unsupervised Minors, Exceeding Max Occupancy

·         Not all homes have all amenities, including but not limited to: A/C, Cable, Dock, Fireplace, Hot Tub, etc. Management Co. is not responsible for errors made by online listing agents.

·         By booking this home, you agree to all terms and conditions, indemnification and hold harmless, house rules and policies set for this home.

What To Bring
Supplies are not provided;  Please plan to bring all paper products, coffee filters, trash bags, detergents, soaps, toiletries, household items, supplies and extra towels, if necessary. (Bed Sheets, Bath Towels, and Dishes are provided for max occupancy allowed.) NOTE: Guest will be charged for all Towels/Linens that are missing, stained, ruined, or deemed unusable again.

Winter Reservations
4WD vehicles strongly recommended for most and required for some reservations arriving between November through April. Private driveways will not be snow-plowed unless and until there is 5 inches of snow.
