An older home with elephant sized views, that captures the all day sun.
Our home is set up for you to enjoy with everything provided to make your stay relaxing, including heat pump for those cooler moments.
For a two bedroom home, its roomy, wth ample space including dining room, large lounge and sunroom facing north to catch the all day sun. Set amongst mature gardens with good flat parking, in a quiet neighborhood. The Oamaru Gardens are just 400m away, The Warehouse 500m, Countdown 700m and Victorian Precinct 1km. it is indeed close to everything including the bus to/from Dunedin, 700m down Eden Street.
If you like walking its easy to get around Oamaru. The last part of the walk to our home is up a short hill, but the view more than makes up for the extra bit of effort :)

Other things to note
This is an older home with plenty of character and a welcoming feel. The shower is over the bath, but the warm scope heater and carpet on the floor make it a pleasant experience :). We look forward to having you stay and hope that you will love Oamaru as much as we do. Friendly people, great food and so much to do :)
