„Property very modern and up to date. Loved the outdoor areas and rooftop patio. Didn’t use the outdoor hot tub due to current drought and water shortages. . Location was very good. Nice grocery store and carnerita, meat market close. 20-25 minute walk to the old town area or inexpensive taxi ride. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. „Overall we had a wonderful stay at Casa Utopia. The house was beautiful, clean, pool was great. It is challenging to find and up a dirt road and that wasn’t in the listing. We arrived at dark and it was challenging to find. But the road is dirt and it would have been more helpful to know so we could have brought more supplies.also the listing says a kind bed room with 2 twin beds but there were no twin beds. Humberto quickly brought them. Also it says there is a washing machine in the listing ...

„The apartment was clean, comfortable and well appointed. The property manager checked on us daily through WhatsApp to ensure all was ok. The housekeeper came daily to clean and was very thorough and responsive. Great rooftop terrace to enjoy morning coffee. Would definitely stay again!“
