„This unit is in a perfect location to access old town Quebec, Abraham Garden, or hop in your car and go to the MontClemency falls Clean and plenty of glasses and dishes. Comfortable beds and plenty of towels for two. There is only one AC vent for the apartment but they were quick to respond to concerns that the bedrooms were warm and they had a remedy. „The apartment was quite large and well laid out. Our large group fit very comfortably and the kitchen/dining/living common area was a great place to hang out. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go including old quebec and the grocery store. Karl was very responsive. The stairs to get in are steep.“

„the place was complete with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, washer, dryer, laundry soap and some spices, coffee etc. This was not on the listing. The beds were super comfortable, the place was very clean and the location is excellent. Lots of corner shops, 2 streets up is full of shops, bakery, chocolate store, second hand clothing, restaurants etc. Old Quebec is a short 10 minute walk. The streets are very narrow, reminiscent of Europe. Loved this place and would highly recommend it to anyone.“

„Great loft with exception of no closets or wardrobe or anywhere to hang or out your clothes. Also be aware bedrooms don’t have solid walls between them but curtains - strange design as no sound privacy. Also living room only has sheer curtains on windows so street light comes through and less privacy at night. Upstairs guests had a kid or someone constantly running and you can hear walking and sounds overhead. Kitchen is great to have and well equipped. Neighborhood has lots of restaurants, ...

Negatives: Accommodation requires a deposit for incidents. Understandable and fair enough. But requiring customers to send credit card details via text message or email is unsafe and absolutely not okay. If this procedure is changed, we will gladly come back.“
