Terrible management company!
This is the ONLY low rating I have ever given to any house we have rented.
From the moment we booked until we checked out, the communication with Vacasa rental customer service was terrible! They were rude, and unprofessional -hard to believe Vacasa is in hospitality business. Each customer service person gave a different information or copied/pasted language from the listing rather than actually answering the questions. It’s like renting a house from ChatGPT. Would never rent from Vacasa again and don’t recommend Vacasa to anyone. I wished I have seen Vacasa Fire Island reviews on google before. It’s 1.7 and I think it’s generous.
House-
The house has a nice structure, good rooms, nice pool, good location.
YET…..
Dirty. We had to wash all dishes and kitchen surfaces. Food stuck on the plates and glasses. Kitchen cabinets and drawers with stains and dust. Dishwasher does not clean well. Bathroom sink with stains and smelled.
Towels stained and smelly.
Things were just sloppy- no care for the guests or guests’ experience by the management company. The worst rental customer service experience. AVOID if you see Vacasa as a host.
