„Really nice efficiency with a nice-sized bathroom. Great location, close to boardwalk, with a bicycle rental joint across the street. Easy walk to the beach. Used street parking and had to walk a couple of blocks (though one evening I got a space right next to the building!). Parking was not terribly challenging, as it wasn't a holiday weekend. The area seemed really safe at night. Neighbors were quiet (though a maid decided slamming doors incessantly midday was okay :-). Bathroom caulk needs ...

„Kristi and Chris's place was perfect -- spotless, comfortable, and only steps from the Boardwalk. Communications were prompt and thoughtful; for example, they texted us indicating that since no one was checking into the condo the day we were leaving, we should feel free to checkout at noon instead of the regular time of 10 am. „Can't beat 1/2 block to the sand! Wonderful outdoor views from either enclosed spacious front porch or large open deck in the back. We had a wonderful week! Adding some nightstands with reading lamps to the bedrooms would be helpful, and since we cooked in most nights, the condition of some of the pots/pans need replacing. Otherwise a five-star choice.“
