A beautiful, unobstructed view of waves breaking on the beach is available from this direct oceanfront condo. This spacious, fully furnished two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo (1,276 sq. ft.) with a full-width balcony and an extra-wide great room, features a convenient second-floor location, with an elevator in a mid-rise masonry building. The condo has two parking spaces (one covered, close to the elevator, and another one outside). The building also has an outdoor shower that is available to rinse off after a day at the beach.
The home just received a major facelift including beautiful fresh paint in all rooms, new ceilings throughout, new luxurious bedding, and brand-new luxury vinyl tile (hardwood style) flooring for the 2024 season.
This beachfront condo has three cable, Roku/Firestock HDTVs (GR, MBR, 2BR). Guests must use their own logins. There is also a well-equipped kitchen with a ceramic tile floor with all major appliances (refrigerator with an ice maker, oven, dishwasher, Keurig coffeemaker, and microwave) that will make cooking a breeze. A full-sized washer/dryer is also available on-site.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
