Water front, open bay views from both decks!!

Completely rehabbed property inside & out for 2023! Beautiful views of the bay, incredible sunsets, plus access to the bay for kayaking, or just enjoying. Two spacious decks accessible from the main and 2nd levels. This is a 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath townhouse with a full size kitchen, living area and game/loft space. Sleeping for 14 to 16 people. This is NOT a condo. Can't wait for you to see this one!! Beautiful décor, fireplace, 2 parking spaces in lot, new furniture and mattresses!! Close walking distance to the beach, and restaurants! Our home has everything you and your family should need on vacation! We're working hard to get this one ready for summer. Please take a look at the photos of Russell's Retreat West (1939042) to give you an idea what you can expect. And be sure to read through the full description of the accommodations before requesting a booking... we want to ensure this is the right fit for you, and you have everything you need!

***IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE***
1) Please note the 25 or over min age requirement. By agreeing to terms of the rental, you are also verifying that you meet all requirements.
2) For guests with allergies, we can not allow pets of any kind.
3) This is a 3 story townhouse, 1st floor access. WATER FRONT. 2 assigned parking spaces.
4) Please note the sleeping arrangements!! There is one bedroom with a King bed; one bedroom with a queen bed, one bedroom with a full bed, one "bunk" bedroom with 2 twin over full bunks and a sleeper sofa in the loft area. This accounts for 11 beds for 14 people. We will allow 16 occupants, 2 people may sleep on the sofa in the living room.
5) Owner does not supply linens (bedsheets, towels, etc), please bring with you. You can contact Ocean City Beach Towel and Linen Service if you would prefer to rent these items as opposed to bring them. Here is there website: https://ocbeachandlinenrental.com. There are prices listed directly on their website.
6) During in-season vacations we are unable to offer early check-in or late check-out due to cleaning schedules. You are welcome to stop by to see if the cleaners are complete and if so, you may check-in. You are also welcome to contact me if you see the property is NOT booked the previous day to extend your reservation.

Great townhouse and location. Recommend.
Golf foursome. Townhouse was great - updated, just nice… inside furnishings, deck and deck furniture were perfect. Views were outstanding. Would definitely recommend. Only issue, if you want to call it that, is the ceiling fans in the master bedroom and top floor seem to have the same codes… turning one off would turn the other on… lol…took a night to figure it out…

This house was fabulous! 3 floors, lots of bathrooms, beautiful kitchen. The views from the decks were beautiful! Most of all the shower pressure was heavenly. Nice location, close to a lot of tourist areas. Most places are 10-15 minutes away from the house which was really noce. We would all come back. Most of all Mark who is the property owner was very wonderful and helpful. He reached out during my stay to make sure everything was fine. Can say enough positive about this place. It was beautiful

Perfect for smaller groups
It was wonderful. What you see it what you get. Perfect for 3 couples and no more than 6 children max. Very few cooking pots. Had to cook corn and pasta in stages. If ya rent to 14 people, need pots to cook for 14 people. Other than that, outstanding. I Texted host and never got a reply. Get some large pots and pans and this is perfect!!!!!! Came on a plane so I could not bring cookware! 5 star otherwise!

Great getaway
Adults enjoyed the view from the deck while the little ones dropped a line into the waters. Plenty of room inside too but the weather was perfect during our stay. As a large family we do most meals at “home” If you Plan to do a lot of cooking I would bring with you a few larger pans and bowls as the kitchen has only the basics. Place is close to so much yet in a quite area, Would definitely return again!

I highly recommend this property for a vacation in ocean city Maryland. The property is recently renovated with large bedrooms and updated appliances. The property is conveniently located near restaurants and groceries stores. The deck overlooking the bay is a nice benefit as well.

We loved your home. The location was great and the house was very nice. The only problem we had was the ceiling fan/light in the master. The remotes for the master and the 3rd floor both work each other so that was interesting to figure out. lol

Beautiful home with a beautiful view
This property was beautiful and exactly as shown in the pictures. The bayside views were wonderful & reiaxing. House was modern and clean- a great place to hang out for a girls weekend. Within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and grocery store as well as many other attractions. Would definitely stay again!
