Great location
Loved our stay at Zoe’s Family Ties. I went with a group of 8 adults, all family. The rooms were perfect for our needs and every bedroom had its own bathroom. Sheets and towels were included but the sheets were low quality and the towels were thin although there were plenty of towels for bath and kitchen. Our first night we noticed a few ants in the kitchen (not uncommon after the rain they had). We got some 2 gallon ziplock bags to store our food in and never had a problem with ants after that. The kitchen was well stocked. We ate most of our meals at the house. There is a propane grill that looks old but it worked fine. Propane tank was full when we arrived. There is a large washer and dryer on the first floor. Very convenient but a bit noisy. One evening we had trouble getting the front door to unlock and when I called the emergency number there was a quick response and he was able to help us remotely So we were inside in less than 15 minutes. He also came the next day to check on the lock and do some repairs. I would consider this very good communication. I will admit, prior to our arrival I sent an email to the owner and the property manager and never heard back. But I did receive plenty of automated text messages with all the info we needed so I wasn’t concerned. The property does not include any beach chairs/ towels/umbrellas and no bicycles. All are able to be rented prior to arrival but we brought our own.
I will go back to this house again.
