Third Bedroom: Cozy queen bed (Sleeps 2)
Living Room: Sectional Sofa & roll-away (Sleeps 3)

There are also additional air mattresses available if needed.

A pet fee of $100 per pet applies for up to two small dogs. Cats are only permitted with pre-approval.

There is an extra guest fee of $100 per night per guest which applies after 8 guests.
