September and October are some of the best times of the year to visit Ogunquit! If you're looking for a getaway book now for September and October (OgunquitFest is Oct. 25 - 27). Just steps away from the hub of Main St. our newly constructed custom 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home is ready to welcome you and your guests for a fun fall getaway by the Maine coast!

Start your morning on our upper deck with a warm cup of coffee and soak up the morning rays while you smell the fresh salt ocean air. With many breakfast options close by it’s an easy 5 minute walk to grab a morning coffee and treat or create your own scrumptious breakfast in our fully equipped kitchen.

When you’re ready to head to one of the top 10 beaches in the country, Ogunquit Beach is a 4 minute drive or 10 minute walk down the hill. September is one of the best months to hit the beach, quieter and less crowded! Stop and pick up a sandwich at the Village Food Market for lunch and head down Beach Street straight to Ogunquit Beach for the day!

After your day at the beach or walking around town, enjoy cocktail hour on our upper deck or turn on a football game from our outdoor covered porch and relax for the afternoon!

When you’re ready for dinner there are so many options within walking distance! From seafood, to Italian and everything in between there is something for everyone nearby (we have a great list of restaurants and things to do/see that we will provide). Live music, movie theaters and the famous Ogunquit Playhouse are a mere minutes from our home!

September and October are some of our favorite months of the year! We have a warm cozy fireplace for the cool mornings, books to read and board games to play! It’s a nice quiet spot in the off season to relax and recharge. There are so many fall festivals to attend, apple orchards close by. We are less than two hours to the mountains for a day ski trip, 1 hour to LL Bean flagship store in Freeport and 20 minutes to the Kittery Outlets.

A little bit more about our home: Upstairs, the primary bedroom offers a king bed, large closet for 2 with ensuite bathroom with shower. There are also 2 queen bedrooms that share a common bathroom with a shower. The basement includes a couch with a queen pullout bed, a full bathroom with full tub/shower.

A note about pets: This home is not allergen-free. Please make us aware of pet dander allergy prior to your stay so we can make sure our home is as comfortable as possible for you.

We do accept small dogs from time to time so please reach out if interested in bringing your pet.
