„The home description is perfect. We love the area for its beaches, restaurants and shopping. The location of the condo is so convenient to everything. The outdoor shower was a plus in the 90 degree heat when we got back from the beach. I highly recommend the Brook House.“

„It was the perfect getaway spot! The decor was relaxing and everything we needed was there. The view on the inlet was wonderful to watch the tide roll in and out! It was everything the description stated and Ogunquit is a unique place to visit. We loved our visit!!“

„Adorable unit in waterfront neighborhood in downtown Portsmouth. Would be hard to find anything else like it. Cleaners missed quite a few spots to ready the property (including something on sheets) but otherwise place was great. No parking near property but owner provided garage pass for undercover parking a very short walk away. Unusually, refrigerator drawers were completely full of owner's drinks so that limits your fridge space - but if you don't need a lot that's not a hindrance.“

„Condo was just as described. Patrick was very pleasant when we saw him. The condo was short of what should be included. Ice trays and pot for cooking were missing but Patrick provided when asked' There were no dish clothes for drying washed dishes and no bath mat to step on after shower (tile floor easy to slip on with wet feet). These were little things that Patrick should have provided. If you rent during hot days bring floor fan. There was one but two are needed.“

„I stayed here for 2 weeks between leases and couldn't have made a better choice. I love Camp Ellis and this was the best location for walking to the beaches, jetty, and fishing pier. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment was very clean. The kitchen had everything that I needed. I live in Portland now, but I may come back some time just to enjoy the Camp Ellis atmosphere. Thank you for a wonderful visit, Patrick!“

„Only a few 100 ft from the beach! Surprisingly we could not hear much of the hustle and bustle being right next door to a busy restaurant. But the restaurtant dumpsters are right outside the property and very smelly. The property could use some updates and improvements, very worn inside appearance and the bare minimum is provided. „We enjoyed our stay in Ogunquit at your cottage. The location was superb, the furnishings comfortable, and our dog enjoyed sunning himself. No serious concerns, but some quirks: We didn't know if there were existing pantry items provided, so we acquired them from the local Hannaford. But, would suggest having some basics available, such as sugar and inexpensive spices. The instruction booklet for the cottage seemed to be for a different property, based on some of the references. "Der Preis, den wir bezahlt haben, war für diese Art von Hotel (Motel) nicht gerechtfertigt. Das Frühstück war alles andere als umweltverträglich (Plastikbesteck und die in Plastik verpackten Papp-Kaffeebecher!). Das Personal an der Rezeption war jedoch sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit."
