„The apartment was wonderful and very reasonably priced. The beds were comfortable. We could not get the TV to work. That was a bit disappointing. We had some trouble getting into the apartment with the codes. The people told us we would get a code 24 hours in advance and they never gave it to me. I had to contact them to get it.“

„My family stayed here for a visit to Case Western Reserve University. It was a convenient walk to the school. The place was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Check-in and check-out were simple. We enjoyed our stay! I would book this place again.“

„The accommodation books money from the credit card without permission and nobody cares that you get the money back. Neither the accommodation nor Expedia! 300€ gone! There were only excuses from both sides. In addition, the room was dirty and there was a constant squeaking noise in the bathroom. Annoying and impossible to switch off. Bed in master bedroom causes back pain! Dirty kitchen cupboards. No thanks! “

„A nice 3 night stay in a fantastic central location. Close to transport and easy walk to Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, The Cleveland Guardians, Cavaliers and Browns Stadiums. Lots of good restaurants and bars close by. The excellent Heinens Grocery Store is across the Street. There is no on site reception, but the check in instructions were clear and relatively easy to manage. You will need your phone though. The Apartment and bathroom were spacious and clean. „The Stone Cottage is absolutely charming. My son and daughter in law both had to work one day, so the basement worked out beautifully. The loft and rooms were all cozy and comfortable. Kitchen was equipped abundantly. The location next to Beacon Cafe was amazing, food was so good. Whitmers General Store with pizza and various entrees was a 3 minute walk down the quaint road. Sehr hellhörig und laut

"Wir kamen sehr spät am Abend an und waren auf der unteren Etage untergebracht, Alexis eine sehr zuvorkommende Dame an der Rezeption. Leider meinten einige Gäste sie müssen vorne beim Frühstücksraum zusammensitzen (was ja nicht schlimm ist) und eine Party feiern in einer sehr starken Lautstärke. Da das Hotel sehr hellhörig ist und man jedes Lachen oder laute sprechen gehört hat, war es unmöglich in den Schlaf zu finden und somit musste ich nach vor gehen und Alexis bitten den Gästen Bescheid zu geben, was Sie auch ohne Probleme gemacht hat. Ansonsten war alles einwandfrei."
