„It was a beautiful place to stay. We loved the beach access and how room the condo was. However, the tv remote for the living room lags so bad that we were unable to watch basically anything at all. We ended up watching the iPad instead or just going to the bee rooms to watch tv. It was very clean tho and the communication was great. We were allow our pets and had so much fun. They had chairs and towels for us to borrow and sand supplies to! Which was great for the kids. Parking was easy and it ...

„We have stayed at Destin West for 10yrs and in this particular room 3 or 4 times. This time was awful. The sofa bed is broken and not even attached to the coach so it is not useable. The couch does not sit right because the bed is broken. There was no toaster to be found. The microwave is not a conventional microwave. The balcony door is broken so if you open it then you can not shut it. The room did have beach service, but it is advertised to have a balcony box with chairs, umbrellas, and toys. ...

„The unit was spacious, well equiped and clean. The owner is very responsive.The negatives, no beach towels, which is mentioned when booking. No chair and umbrella service, this would be acceptable if the unit had a beach umbrella for use. We traveled from out of state, we were not bring chairs and umbrellas with us. The beach wagon available in the unit is rusty and clinky, needs to be replaced. “

„Communication was great before and during our trip. The deck was perfect to watch the kids in the pool with their friends in the evening. Super short walk to beach. We were with multiple other families for a dance competition - the building was perfect so the girls could hang out when they weren’t competing“

„The location is wonderful. Our view was great. We had shelter that was cool, a place to sleep, and a kitchen. But, the place was unclean ( used wash rag in shower and floors so dirty it turned our socks black). They are refreshing the building, so construction noise was jarring early in the morning and persisted all day. There was only one working elevator.“

The view from the balcony is particularly great, even from the large bedroom from the bed you can enjoy the wonderful beach view.
