„This is a comfortable home with many amenities. It has a large yard that connects to a small beach and river access. It is in a quiet area that is still within easy reach of the city. The owner communicates well and is thoughtful. Needs were anticipated and addressed before we had even arrived. The family had a great time. We would certainly stay again.“

„We traveled to Michigan from out of state for a family wedding. With 9 in our group ranging in age from 2 - 80 this was a wonderful place to stay! The little ones were able to be themselves while others were able to relax. You can take a walk since it is located in the country. We were able to have extended family over for coffee and donuts and visit in the large dining area. We stayed for 4 days and it became affectionately referred to as 'Grandma's Farm'!“

„Besides the remote needing batteries in the room my children slept in and the showerhead in the basement, everything was nice. No stress.The kids were sad that they couldn’t watch tv. It would’ve been nice if we knew where the AAA batteries were so we could’ve changed it ourselves. We had plenty of space. Rules were simple. Close to Grand River. Would stay again.“

„I have stayed in many VRBOs and home rentals, and there are usually issues. This place had none. It was perfect. Easy to check in, lovely decor without being cluttered, remodeled but not a do-it-yourself nightmare. There were thoughtful touches like coffee and tea in the kitchen, a shoe mat by the door, and blankets to snuggle up with. „We reserved a 2 bedroom condo with a king, 2 queens and a sofa bed. When we arrived it was actually an extended stay hotel that had over booked. We received 2 rooms with 1 queen each and 2 sofa beds. The owner was very kind with his message, the front desk staffers were so polite, and the breakfast was a bonus, so we didn’t have to rush around to find something to eat before the wedding festivities started.
