„The staff at this property are unbelievable. They go out of their way for you. The hotel has pretty much ski in, with access to the chair lift right outside the front door. „We had a good stay at Furuhata, but there were a few inconveniences. The onsen was fantastic—nice and hot, perfect after a long day of skiing. Towels and kimonos were replaced daily, which was a great touch, and beds were made every two days. The price was reasonable, and the shuttle to the ski resort was convenient.
