„We wanted a quick night away to celebrate our wedding anniversary but wanted a unique experience. We found it here at the River Rat Resort. The house boat was charming, clean & had everything we needed. Hosts were amazing! They were responsive, offering help. They knew of our celebration and made sure to acknowledge with a cupcake left for us in the refrigerator 💕. Will definitely be back for a longer stay. This was perfect!“

„This cottage is so adorable and just a short walk to the beach and a local convenience store. This makes it easy to park the car and just walk to get coffee and such. We stayed in October so not much open this time of year, but we were in the area for a family wedding so not much time to hang out anyway. This was the first time I've rented on Vrbo, so I wasn't sure what to expect as have read a lot about obnoxious owners with tons of rules, but Brett is super-chill with only a couple of things ...

„We were a group of 4 women friends celebrating 50 years of friendship for a getaway weekend. House was perfect spot to relax.the neighborhood is lovely & quiet with a private beach we truly enjoyed. Lots of great restaurants nearby with gluten free options, we recommend Breakwater, Il Pomodoro & Hangry Goose. Cute towns to explore Stonington , Old Saybrook, Old Lyme with shops & museums. The owner is very responsive way to message & check in is a breeze. You will definitely BeHappy at this VRBO!“

"Das Hotel istcin die Jahre gekommen und wirkt vernachlässigt. Der Service war ok. Das Zimmer war sauber, roch aber intensiv nach einem Reinigungsmittel. Die Klimaanlage war laut. Der Pool war ok, wenn wir such einige Fliegen rausholen mussten. Dem Frühstück gebe ich nur zwei Punkte. Es war wenig Auswahl und fasr nur abgepackte Sachen. Kein Obst oder Gemüse. Schade. "
