„Sunset Reef is fairly new with 7 suites - all with a view. The hotel management and staff are extremely helpful and eager to please. The food in the restaurant is very good. At check-in, we were greeted with frozen fruit drinks, cold towels and water, plus some fruit in the room. Lovely sunsets from the restaurant! Hotel beach is rocky and is being worked on. “

„The views are amazing and the pool is welcoming. It's easy to walk to Turtle Beach or the nearby beach with all of the bars. Be sure to keep your taxi driver's phone number handy. We had five people in our group. There is no way to cool down the main living/gathering areas of the home, even when all of the doors are open. Several times we had to retreat to the bedrooms to cool down for a while. We did not have hot water (not even warm) for showers until the last day. It's confusing because ...

„This was our 4th visit to St Kitts and 3rd villa in the Turtle Beach area. We found this villa to be the most homey/comfortable yet. The AC in the bedrooms was very good, even for us northerners. It's great when you can drink the tap water with out getting ill too. The views are spectacular from the villa. A quick drive to many excellent restaurants and the Park Hyatt if you should choose to do a day pass and spa treatments there. Make reservations at the Orchid Bay restaurant for an increible ...

„A spacious and well laid out villa on the side of the hill giving wonderful views over to the island of Nevis. Just loved breakfast on the terrace watching the pelicans dive for fish. „We enjoyed the property a lot. It was exactly as advertised with modern, clean furnishings and the property manager was helpful. Simple but well stocked apartment. The pool was nice and the location was very private and walkable (10-15min) to Frigate Bay shops and restaurants. Parking for rental vehicles was an plus. Only complaint was the very hard water, but that is an island trait not an apartment issue. “

„The hotel is beautiful, our room was amazing and clean. Super comfortable bed. Plenty of space. The staff at this hotel are all nice and friendly , and if you are lucky at check in you will get Blondell. She greats you like you are old friends and makes you feel so welcome. Would definitely recommend staying here for couples or families . Full kitchen in the room as well made out stay even better . “
