THE SPACE:
Close to beaches and vineyards. Spacious 5000 sf home has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms on a 2-acre land. Guests will get access to 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The interior includes 2 dining areas, a family room, a living room, outdoors a beautiful garden, a shaded area, a pool with a kids' pool (the pool is closed during winter), a kitchen, and a full bathroom.
GUEST ACCESS:
You will have private access to the entire home and property. Guests will not share with anyone else.
OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE:
BBQ grill is not available. If you need BBQ, a roll-in grill can be provided. There are security cameras outside of the house. There are no security cameras inside the house. A $500 security deposit is required.
