The property features 2 homes in one. Kitchen, living and laundry rooms both upstairs (Unit A) and in the basement (Unit B). AC upstairs and free Wi-Fi throughout the property make your stay enjoyable and convenient. The 2.5 bathrooms are equipped with hair dryers and showers for added convenience. It's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at our place.

Upstairs:
Two bedrooms on ground floor with 2-stair front entry. Large living room with gas fireplace & updated kitchen have luxury vinyl plank floors. Watch 60" Google smart TV from the 3-person sofa with coffee table. Rocker recliner and side table. 2 additional accent chairs and a side table near the fireplace can be arranged as needed or moved to make room for inflatable twin bed stored in the queen BR closet.
The king bedroom primary suite has a dedicated workspace with a desk and office chair.
Free Wi-fi with excellent upload and download speeds. Inada Dream wave massage chair will work out the kinks after a day of hiking or telework. Southwest themed “blue” room with queen bed also offers a restful night. The extra self-inflating bed can be used in either bedroom or the living room. Linens are in the hall closet.
Shared main bath with walk-in shower has plenty of towels and drawer space for everyone. Both beds are memory foam with extra pillow options. Second half bath (the "green room") with toilet and sink are in the utility room just off the kitchen next to the laundry folding station. These are by the shared back entry door.
Basement unit:
Recently renovated in bright colors and bold choices with a mid-century modern theme. This basement unit is accessed through the back door at the ground level of the home. Walk through the utility area and down to the separate basement unit which is a home unto itself.
Open concept living/dining and kitchen area. The table comfortably seats 4 with a leaf for 2 more. Cook’s kitchen is fully equipped including stainless steel appliances. The apricot room features a king bed, 2 nightstands and an armoire. The teal room also has a king bed, 2 nightstands, double closet, cube dresser wall and lounge chair. Both beds are medium memory foam.
Living room with 65" Roku smart TV is ready for movie night. Watch from the 3-person sofa, 2-person loveseat or recliner.
Beautiful grounds surround our home. Back deck is complete with a table and chairs to enjoy a relaxing afternoon or evening meal. Gas BBQ provided.
Up to nine (9) people are allowed in the per night rate. Additional people are $25/night. One (1) well behaved dog under 50lbs is also welcomed for an additional fee.
Guest access
Front door is the main entry for the upstairs unit. The back entry door provides secondary access to the main floor half bath and utility room as well as access to the stairs to the downstairs basement unit.
Parking areas:
Spacious rambler w/ front driveway for 2-4 vehicles.
The back carport has covered parking for 2 vehicles and room for 2 more. Additional free on-street parking if needed.

Central Tumwater location is minutes from I-5 access. 10 minutes from downtown Olympia and Capitol Medical Center. SeaTac airport is only an hour away. Paradise on Mt. Rainier is 1 hr 25 min. Or head west to the beach … Ocean Shores is also 1 hr 25 min away!
Nearby shopping options include Costco, Home Depot, Walmart, Fred Meyer, Safeway and Walgreens. Restaurants nearby: Happy Teriyaki, Pho 111, Denny’s, La Patrona, Brewery City Pizza and Lemongrass Café. Fast Food options: Starbucks, Meconi’s Italian subs, Mc Donald’s, Taco Bell, Jack in the Box, Dutch Bros., L&L Hawaiian BBQ, Kentucky Fried Chicken, Taco Time, Subway and Dairy Queen is just blocks away!
