Situated next to HWY 89, you can easily make day trips to many of the stunning surrounding areas such as Truckee and Tahoe City, both an 11-minute drive from the home. Enjoy city life in Tahoe City, where you will find many cute boutique shops, a wide variety of bars and restaurants, farmers' markets, live music, and a big sandy beach with a great park and lakeside walkway. With its easy access to ski resorts, bike paths, and the river, this home is a great home base for the ultimate Tahoe getaway any time of the year.

4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.
