Welcome to our beautiful and peaceful retreat just outside of Branson in Omaha, Arkansas! Located in a serene neighborhood surrounded by trees and rolling hills, our spacious home offers a tranquil escape with the convenience of being close to popular attractions.

It's about a 10-minute drive from the highway to reach the neighborhood, where you'll find yourself immersed in the natural beauty of the area. The nearby lake adds to the picturesque setting, and within a mile, you can access the lake at Cricket Creek Marina and a public beach (no direct lake access). The marina offers boat rentals and slips, as well as a restaurant, making it a fantastic place to enjoy the water and relax.

While our home provides a serene and nature-filled environment, it's only a 20 minute drive to the bustling city of Branson. Here, you'll find a plethora of outdoor activities, shows, museums, water activities, zip-lining, and much more. Don't miss the opportunity to explore Big Cedar, the new amphitheater, race track, and Tiger Woods Golf course, all within a 15-minute drive. Additionally, Silver Dollar City is only 35 minutes away, and both Big Cedar and Top of the Rock are highly recommended attractions.

The road leading to our property is hilly and includes a short half-mile gravel road section within the neighborhood, adding to the rustic charm of the area. Once you arrive, you'll find a spacious yard where kids can roam freely. The yard features a fire pit, grill, and chairs, providing a perfect setting for outdoor gatherings and relaxation. If you have a larger group, you can rent the adjacent home on the same acre lot, allowing for joint family or friends get-togethers.

The house itself is newly remodeled, completed in 2021, offering modern amenities and comfort. With three queen beds in separate rooms and 2 full beds in one big room, along with three full bathrooms (including one large tub), our home can comfortably accommodate your family or group of friends. WiFi is available (can be a bit spotty due to a rural area and lots of trees).

Great Family Getaway
The house is clean and comfortable. It is roomy, which is exactly what we needed for our family Christmas for 8, which included 3 children. The house was exactly as depicted in photos. Kayla contacted me a few days before our trip to let me know that laundry would not be available. I was disappointed when we arrived that the 3rd bathroom was also unavailable. When looking for places to stay I was only looking at places with 3 bathrooms. I understand that things happen but do wish it was communicated.

Nice getaway
Had a great time. The home was lovely and clean! Plenty of space for everyone. The only small issues we had…The add lists sleeps 10 but there are only beds for eight (no single beds). Perhaps they expect you to sleep on the couches in the common area. The bedrooms get lots of light in the morning, I hope you don’t plan to sleep in. The neighborhood has a few dogs that like to bark and use the yard as a bathroom but that’s not anything the property manager can control.

Great place for family outside of Branson but still close to main attractions!
Our family had a great time! Home is very nice we have two teenagers and they were able to have their own space (iykyk). It was nice to not have to be within the traffic of Branson but not too far away from all the fun family things to do! Kayla was amazing when it came to communication check in was very simple and fast! We will be back to enjoy the lake…found out how to get to the dock on the last day lol.

Little disappointed
The home is very nice and was exactly as described. The main reason we chose to stay there was description said that it was a 1 minute walk to the lake. You couldn’t get to the lake from the property. When I asked the owner about it she told me that VRBO actually does the description and she didn’t know it said that. But did say that technically it was correct because you could see the lake through the trees. So if you are just looking for a place to stay outside of Branson it is fine. But the lake was our main reason for picking this property. It is secluded but the pictures don’t show you that you are surrounded by houses and the road in to the property is very hard to drive on. The description noted that the internet is spotty and it is.

PERFECT HOUSE FOR FAMILY STAY
My family and I brought my 81 year old mother to Branson for DeanZ shows (which are awesome if you are an Elvis fan) and we all loved every thing about the trip. The house although not right in Branson was perfect. Plenty of room for all of us and probably one of the cleanest properties we have ever rented. After hanging around in Branson during the day we had a cozy fire every night when we returned to this Beautiful country setting. We also rented a boat at the marina a mile away and the lake is great! It was off season so very peaceful and the people at the marina were so nice. We will definitely return hopefully in the Fall. Thank you to such a good host!

What a great place! Very clean and open providing space for everyone in our party. Everything we needed was there and the owner of the property was very responsive when we did have a question. Beautiful Home
Beautiful home! We were able to to fit comfortably 12 people, 6 adults and 6 children. Kitchen was great as we could cook Thanksgiving dinner with no issues. The commute to Brandon was short. My family and I really enjoyed be close to Branson yet away from tourists and in our own little area. We would definitely book again if we make another trip down.

Perfect Place
We had 6 people, (all family) and 2 dogs. Great simple place out of way but still near everything. Place had a nice firepit that we used nightly to sit around and talk with everyone. Perfect House for a Family Get Together
The property manager/owner was the very best. She was very warm and welcoming. Ans she helped us to know our way around. The house was so very clean. Plenty of space for young and old. A nice quiet location. There is a very steep gravel hill that everyone should be aware of but it is the perfect place for a family gathering.

Our Family Vacation
The house is very nice. I wish we could have enjoyed it more, but there was a storm that came through and knocked out the power an hour after we got there. The owner was very nice and refunded us our money because the power wasn't going to be able to come back on until 10PM the following day. The house is in a very remote location, which I loved, but that made it where we really didn't have cell service and wasn't able to watch TV (when there was power). When the power went out there was a candle and a oil lamp there, so we were able to use that for a little while, but it was pretty scary with no way of knowing what was going on with the weather.

The place was nice, but the gravel dirt road was awful. Very steep and lots of loose gravel. Also no access to the lake and a far drive from Branson. All of this info should be on the listing.

Family vacay
Kayla was great with communicating with me on any questions I might have had!! The house was clean and furnished nicely. The location was nice and quiet. Be prepared like the discription on the house reads you will be on a gravel road for a little bit and it's a little on the steep side. Not a complaint just a heads- up. The kids in our group loved the bumpiness, and thought it was fun. Couple things I might suggest #1 would be a larger coffee pot, it did however have a Keurig and that was great and #2 a few new pots and pans, some were looking kinda rough. The house was nice and would recommend it. Kayla was great to work with.

Great Place for a Getaway
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is everything it’s listed to be and more. The house has a wonderfully equipped kitchen. Plenty of hot water for eight people to shower. We loved the large lower level which allowed the teens to escape to their room. The TV wasn’t the biggest, but it didn’t bother us at all. We had such a great time playing games and being together that watching TV wasn’t high on our list of things to do. With Kayla’s suggestion to bypass Skyline Dr and take Bay, was great information. The road in wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us and adding to our family memories.

We decided we would rent a place away from the craziness, and this home away from away was perfect! 2 of our boys was able to join us and we can’t wait to do it again! Everything was just as advertised. The short trip to Branson was idea, and was shorter than anticipated. Very nice, clean vaca home. My family had a wonderful time, and the space was big enough for 8 adults to spread out have plenty of space for our visit.
