Enjoy this freshly furnished West Omaha house with space for up to 8 guests. With ample parking, nearby shopping and Maple street access you’ll be close to everything Omaha, Elkhorn, Bennington and Gretna have to offer.

You’ll have the house to yourself with high speed internet, Smart TVs, a great deck with a large backyard and a fun basement.

The open floor plan on the main level features a fully furnished eat-in kitchen. In the main living room space you’ll find a sofa and sitting area with a smart tv and fireplace. Neighboring the sitting space is a bar nook which makes for great extra sitting or as workspace. The second, full bathroom is also off the living room.

In the master bedroom you’ll find a king bed and connected full, private bathroom. In the second bedroom you’ll find two twin beds, and in the third bedroom you’ll find a full bed. In the lower level, connected to the garage, you’ll find a large open space, which features a sleeper sofa and more.
The Ruggles house is situated in a quiet West Omaha neighborhood with plenty of access to nearby shopping, destinations and more. Just blocks aways you'll find a Walmart, Target, Hy-Vee and numerous other stores for your convenience. Just a couple miles away from the house you can access the Dodge expressway, which serves a central corridor throughout the city.

This house was fantastic! Our group was very comfortable here. The home is in a quiet neighborhood but still very close to shopping and attractions.

Family weekend
We came to Omaha for 3 nights to celebrate my son’s college graduation and a family wedding. We arrived at the rental and the outside seemed taken care of but bushes needed trimmed and grass was kind of mowed. Checkin process was easy but then went inside and looked around. The carpets were filthy with stains all over the place. The bathrooms were nice and clean and looked recently updated. The kitchen was also nice and clean but pulled out the kitchen chairs and the fabric seats had stains all over them as well. We didn’t use the kitchen but the fridge and dishwasher seemed nice. The refrigerator still had someone’s food in it and old ice cream bars in the freezer. We looked outside to the back yard and the grass was at least a foot tall if not taller and the deck was pealing. The picture on the website made it appear to have a well manicured lawn, with a nice fire pit, grill and deck. The grill had no cover so it was dirty and with the grass being so high u couldn’t even see the fire pit hardly. Thank goodness we didn’t have any little kids with us or plan on using the back yard because you wouldn’t have been able to. It was nice being able to pull into the garage and the beds were pretty comfortable. We did not use the downstairs but again, the carpets were filthy as well as the stairs. If the owner would replace the carpets and some of the furniture, this rental would be real nice as it is in a nice location but as is, it’s definitely not worth the money we paid and back.

We came to Omaha to visit family and wanted a place in Elkhorn to be close. This was perfect for us as far as location and size of home. Well equipped and hosts were responsive although we did not need anything during our stay

Weekend Getaway
We had a wonderful stay. It was a great location for going to the things we wanted to do. There were a couple of hiccups that did not impact our stay that we told the owner about and they were very quick to respond. The major hiccup was that the shower in the main bedroom doesn't get very warm even when turned all the way to hot. We made the owner aware of this and they'll check it out. We used the hall shower and it was fine. The only other little thing we noticed that didn't impact our stay was that in 2 of the bedrooms, the headboards have what look like reading lamps attached to them but the lights in them are too dim for actual reading. We weren't using them so it didn't affect us but for anyone who likes to read in bed, you'll need your cellphone flashlight or the overhead light on. Other than those things, the place was amazing and would definitelly stay here again.

Cozy home!
The house felt like a home for us and our three boys. They loved having the basement area for themselves and a fenced in back yard to throw the football. The only recommendation I have is to stagger your showers to assure everyone has hot water :). It’s a great location very close to stores and restaurants and worked great for us!
