Market's Edge is a 4-level urban, townhouse with a beautiful open-concept kitchen & living space opening up to a quiet and cozy backyard. Enjoy two bedrooms appointed with brand new, high-end furnishings and linens as well as en suite bathrooms with bidet toilets. The primary bedroom has an inviting king bed and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a sturdy, Restoration Hardware "Full over Queen" bunk bed to help accommodate extra guests. Our favorite space is the rooftop terrace with an outdoor sectional couch and firepit overlooking beautiful views of downtown Omaha.

Although we're located in a safe and pedestrian-friendly area, guests will also have the convenience and security of an attached garage.

Market's Edge is nestled between the Old Market, Little Bohemia and Little Italy; a quick walk from some of Omaha's best restaurants, bars, museums, galleries, concerts and major sporting events.

Best Stay in Omaha!
Booked this for a book club trip and didn't realize how close this was downtown, which was where our group wanted to explore! Everything was within walking distance and the house was prepared for anything you might need! It was truly a home away from home, and the property contact was super responsive & helpful when we had questions. If our group returns to Omaha, we will stay here again!

Great place!
We stayed here for a weekend and it was perfect! You can walk (or quick Uber) to all kinds of places around Old Market. The home was clean and well stocked. Brad the owner had some drinks and snacks waiting for us when we checked in. He was also very accessible when we had a question. We come to Omaha often since our son is stationed at OFFUTT AFB. We won’t be staying anywhere else but here from now on!

Great space, location, communication, and value
Before the stay even began, Brad was great about communicating with me. He helped set up the remote garage and door access, offered restaurant and bar recommendations, and just made sure everything was set to go. The space is also very cool - plenty of room to hang out inside, and the rooftop patio is great for evenings beside the fire. The rooms were clean and beds were comfy. Really couldn’t have asked for a better experience! After shopping around the Old Market area for a place to stay, I think this is one of the best values you can get. Walkable to Old Market and Little Bohemia is just a couple blocks away.

"Perfect Omaha Stay Near Zoo and Old Market!" Perfect Omaha stay near Zoo and Old Market!
We had a wonderful stay at this property! Its proximity to the zoo and the Old Market was fantastic. The house was very nice, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Brad was easy to communicate with and even left juice boxes in the fridge for our 4 kids and some adult drinks too. The bunk beds were great, and we set up a pack and play for our infant in the master bedroom closet, which worked perfectly. We loved the big windows, and the bedding and towels were high quality. We'll definitely stay here again if we return to Omaha. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Rowhouse in the heart of Omaha
If you’re contemplating this rental BOOK IT NOW! My husband and I had a surprise weekend getaway and our stay here was amazing! It’s very clean, modern and relaxing. Beautifully and thoughtfully decorated as well! Perfect location to hang out in the Old Market, go to a concert at CHI or visit the zoo… tons of stuff to do very close by. The host, Brad, was great! He left drinks for us and went out of his way to leave a little something special for my husband to drink (chocolate lover) and a kind note. We will definitely stay again! Brad thank you to you and your family for sharing your beautiful rowhouse with us!!!

Perfect for a weekend getaway
We stayed here vs getting a hotel room for the weekend while my daughter had a dance competition in Omaha. That was a great decision👏. Market’s Edge is wonderful. The rowhouse is in a great location to downtown Old Market area & wonderful restaurants. My daughter’s competition was being held at CHI health center and it was such an easy drive, just down the street. Well stocked, extremely clean & well maintained, comfortable beds, and the garage is just such an added bonus!!! Brad as an excellent host with great communication. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful and Convenient
Great property as described in the property details. Parking was a dream and the location made for easy access to downtown, and even walkable for those who are more fit than me :). Thoughtful and novel amenities were included such as bidet inserts on all toilets, several beverages in the refrigerator, plenty of kitchenware and pantry basics, such as hot tea, peanut butter, sugar, etc; sound machines in both bedrooms with high quality to block out normal city noise, black out curtains in the bedrooms for great sleep. Great quality towels, comfortable beds, a great rooftop deck with cozy furniture and great views, as well as a small private patio area outside the kitchen. A cocktail bar setup was even by the exit to thr rooftop patio to set the mood and make mixing drinks easy. A plus would be having additonal seating for dining as there are only 3 chairs at the island for dining, but that is what was pictured so we were not surprised. I was initially a little put off by having to download 2 apps for access to the property, but was quickly won over by the garage app, as it made it easy and seamless entry and exit and we really didn't need the additonal keyless entry app. The property manager was responsive and quick to respond with any questions. We would stay here again!

Like a luxury hotel - with more space!
Beautiful property with upscale everything - linens, mattress, towels, silverware, comfortable couch, nice TVs and more. Spotlessly clean. The owner could not have been nicer or more accommodating - even leaving plenty of drinks in the fridge, and coffee and tea, for guests. Highly recommend!

I have been visiting Omaha often as my daughter recently started college there. I have looked for VRBOs with 2 bedrooms, in the downtown area, and importantly an attached garage. The garage is a game changer and makes things not only easier and safer, but the car is weather protected. This garage is deep and roomy. We very much enjoyed this beautiful townhome. Of course, this unit has stairs and those with difficulty going up and down stairs may have a difficult time. We have stayed in several townhomes in Omaha and this one had an excellent HVAC system. It easily cooled down. Also, Brad was very attentive and available. He was happy to help with any questions, and I didn't feel I was a bother. This is a VRBO I would definitely return to.

Absolutely stunning!
Not only was this property conveniently situated between many of our points of interest, you could clearly see the owners intent to provide a top notch experience from the first step in the door. The rowhouse was incredibly easy to access, impeccably clean, and had many high end amenities - from quality furniture to all clad, smeg and le creuset in the kitchen to pottery barn linens - not typical of most VRBOs! Our kids loved the bunk beds, and my husband and I appreciated the chilled bottle of wine waiting for us in the wine fridge. Only downfalls were it was too hot to enjoy the rooftop space & the garage wasn't tall enough to accommodate our SUV. Thank you, Brad - we will absolutely book your property again when in Omaha!
