The hot tub was the perfect way to end the day after a long hike or a kayak trip down the Kickapoo river (Mr Ducks was a fantastic place to rent kayaks, tubes or canoes). Excellent dining and shopping in nearby La Crosse. Highly recommend!“

However, we did not know there was no cell phone coverage, and since we were waiting for an urgent medical call that could come at any time, we left early, the next morning. We couldn't afford to be out of cell phone coverage. Internet was fine, but the call was to come by cell phone. “

„We were happy that the owner continued to plow the driveway during the huge snowstorm. We had to be out on the road by 7:30 AM on Saturday and the plow guy got us done early. Beds were very comfortable. The unit has definitely seen some ware. Kitchen island face is coming apart. One of the fallout of a sleepers when in couch form Is very broken down to the point where you sink into the couch. The table and chairs are very rickety. The hot tub was so nice on these cold days! We found the home to be cozy and very well equipped for our indoor and outdoor cooking adventures. We loved the back deck and spent many hours there eating and crafting. The Viroqua farmers market and shops were wonderful to explore as well. We had a small issue one day with the front lock and Susan responded instantly and solved the problem.
