„I enjoyed my week stay at Alling House. It was a step back in time to grandmothers house... Authentic old decor and architecture. Most reasonable prices. No room service. TV didn’t work, but I only wanted to watch the Presidential debate. Property is for sale. I hope new owners will spruce it up a bit. “

„Carlos was so nice and clear in communication. Easy access to the property with secure code system. The house has been furnitured with style and class and was super clean in a quiet area. We stayed there for 3 nights and were a group of 4. We appreciated the backyard as well the space the house has offered. Highly recommended!“

„The house was so cute, very clean, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the host had their home equipped with everything one would need. Not to mention that the sheets were the softest I’ve ever felt! The backyard was the perfect size for our dog to run around and get his exercise. Would definitely recommend for anyone staying in the area. “

„Overall we had an enjoyable stay at the property and it worked for what we needed. Home is spacious but the layout is extremely odd (unnecessarily large bedrooms and inconvenient location of second bathroom). Some updates are needed in places like the backyard and bathrooms. Also would have appreciated being provided more than one roll of toilet paper, more pool towels, as well as more cleaning/kitchen supplies when you are hosting 8 people. „The boat was a fun alternative to a house or hotel. The Marina was very peaceful. The boat had lots of room to cook, sleep, hang out. The top deck is large and the perfect place to grill, eat, sunbathe or chill. You can walk all over Sanford from this location. Lots of supplies provided on the boat plus things like humidifier, air purifier, counter ice maker, coffee pot, etc. we really enjoyed the variety of staycation this property offered. “

„Our first time to the area, heard so much about Deleon Springs. The room was absolutely gorgeous and so comfortable. Met our host Garrett on first night, had a very pleasant and informative conversation and learned so much about the area, the Springs and the local town. „This property was very large and private. The guest home was nice but I would consider it ready for some updates to furniture, especially the beds. The gym was a large reason we booked the space but it ended up being more of a storage garage with a couple of exercise machines squeezed in next to a row boat. The lake was beautiful and there was a nice sitting area above a small sand entrance. The host was very responsive and kind.“
