„The house is located in excellent proximity to highway, grocery, beach, dining, etc. The neighborhood is very peaceful (we sat out every night in the backyard and rarely heard any sounds at all!). The kitchen has a TON of equipment if you are keen to cook any of your own meals. Beds were comfortable, fold out sofa was fine (fold out sofas are what they are).
